They nodded and stayed quite, I took that as probably not such a good thing because that meant that something really was going on and they were having to deal with it. See, I wouldn't care as badly if they weren't having to deal with it. Of course I would for obvious reasons, but still.
Poor them. The voice was sarcastic and I straight out didn't like it.
Justin once again didn't say Mum, or anything close to it and I wasn't sure if I was actually hurt that he didn't know how to say mum or because Riley flat out lied to me.
Taking in a faintly deep breath I shut my eyes for a momment, gathering my thoughts and keeping them out of getting messed up with this. I wasn't going to see Justin or the twins for a while, I didn't need to be like this before I left.
No, I loved them too much.
"Love you baby." I whispered.

Justin gurgled a couple times looking up at Riyann with his wide eyes and small smile. "Ga.. mm.. Da." He said this time with another giggle. They girls looked over to them and since they didn't really know what to say, they just walked over to their beds and sat down on them since Riyann was paying attention to Justin.

Was that his way of almost saying mum?
I honestly didn't know, but I smiled weakly and tapped my finger faintly against his nose as the girls went over to their beds, causing me to feel faintly guilty. It did seem like I was now paying all my attention to Justin and none to them anymore, but it wasn't like that. I just had nothing to say, that and I hadn't seen Justin for so long and he was growing up so much already.
He was already far bigger now, and he could speak, at least a little, and he had just changed, looking more and more like Riley. Small curly brown locks of hair, everything was starting to look just like Riley. Then again in family's you tend to see the boy looking like the father, so really, it had to have been expected.
"Do you girls need anything?" I asked in a faint whisper, looking over to them, up from Justin for the moment. If they did, anything at all, I'd get them it before I came back next. And depending on what it was I might send it with an owl or something. Hell, I'd risk getting thrown back into Azkaban to give them whatever they wanted.

"Muh." Justin said giggling madly as Riyann tapped his nose, smiling widely up to her. "Muh, Da." He said a moment later. It was sort of funny how he did this, but it's how it usually was. He wouldn't say anything, but once you got him started, he just kept going.
The girls looked over to her and shook their heads with a small smile. "Not right now." Ella said first, with a small smile. "Probably won't need anything till school." Lottie chimed in.

I smiled faintly more now that Justin was almost saying mum. Really, now how did I know that mum wasn't his first word? I didn't. Why would I be so offended if it wasn't? Because Riley would then have lied to me.
Rocking him in my arms slightly I only smiled a little more and leaned down, kissing his nose lightly.
"You're so cute." I murmured softly next to his ear.
"Do you want anything?" I asked softly, wanting to know, and if they didn't then I'd find something to get them anyways and I'd give it to them before anything could happen again. The girls both held smiles on their lips and I was glad.
Moving over towards their beds I sat at the end of Ariella's and gave my legs a rest that they very well needed. Bloody Azkaban had to wear me down to the point of nothing. So stupid.

Justin giggled again as Riyann kissed his nose and smiled widely, responding to her with another line of short words. "Gah, ma!" He exclaimed with another giggle.
The girls looked back over to her, shaking their heads. "No.." They both said quietly at different times.
"We just want you to stay.." Lottie added a moment later with a small shrug. "And to believe that you're really gonna come back.." She said again as Riyann sat down on the bed.

I laughed faintly. Things were definitely different, but I could live with them this way, not that I'd mind being with Riley again, just wasn't ever going to happen. I kept my face close to Justin's and kissed his nose again with a small smile.
They both said no, one after the other, a brief silence between each no and I frowned slightly as I looked at them. I wanted to get them something. I really did, it'd give me more reason to come back sooner. I mean, I really would risk a lot to bring them something and to come see them.
Just should I?
Char started off with saying they only wanted me to stay and I was going to say I know and that I'd be back to visit as soon as I could, but the next thing threw me for a loop.
I guess I've fucked up just that badly. They can't even believe me when I say I'll be back. "You can believe me." I whispered. All the other times I had come back, maybe after a while too long, but I had. I came back this time because I broke out of Azkaban, because I had to see them.

Lottie kept her eyes on her for a few more moments and nodded a little bit to her. "Okay.." She said quietly before moving a little bit and leaning on her. "I missed you." She added a moment later, saying it again, because well, she really did miss her. Ella was being quiet for the time being before moving some too and leaning against her mom too.

Char Lottie said oky and moved closer to me before leaning up against me. "I love you baby girl." I murmured softly, shifting so Justin was in only one arm and wrapped my free arm around her slender shoulders.
"I missed you too. You've no idea." I murmured, kissing the top of her head.
Ella stayed silent, but she moved and leaned against me too.
"Are you mad at me Ariella?" I asked in a soft whisper, moving my arm from Charlotte and put my hand lightly on Ella's forehead, tilting her head back so I could see her some and smiled a little.

Ariella looked at me and smiled a little bit. "Then what's wrong love?" I asked softly, leaning towards her and kissing her forehead lightly. She'd been quite so far, and really the twins were never really known to be quite. "Something bothering you?" The questions just kept rolling past my lips, but you couldn't blame me. This was my daughter we were dealing with. "I love you too you know." I said with a small smile.

"Alright." I murmured when she said that she knew and loved me too. I watched as her small shoulders shrugged upwards and then moved back after a split second.
"I don't want to leave you girls at all. I just, I have to." I whispered softly, kissing the top of her head. I really did have to, they couldn't keep me here, hell I was more afraid of being here when Riley's parents found out I was out of Azkaban, or when they found out that I was here, or had been here. That'll end oh so very well.

"I'll tell you when you're old enough." I whispered softly. Hell, I didn't know when they'd be old enough, maybe 17? I wasn't sure, but I was pretty sure they were going to ask me when that would be. Maybe 63? How about never, I was okay with that too.
"So, what do you girls want me to get you because I'm getting you both something." I murmured with a small laugh.

They sighed, but nodded anyway. "How old is old enough then?" Ella asked her after a short moment. She was curious what was going on and she thought that she could handle whatever it was, but she knew there wasn't any breaking down her mum so she figured she'd ask just when she could know.
They laughed a little and shrugged. "I dunno.." They both said with a small shrug again. A moment or two passed and then Lottie looked back over to her. "Can I have a kitten?"

"Too old." I said with a faint laugh. Really I shouldn't laugh at all. This wasn't very amusing in the least. Then again, I saw them asking how old that would be, and sure enough Ella had. "I dunno. 17 maybe?" I asked with a small shrug. I guess I could be willing to negotiate on how old they had to be for me to tell them. Just I did want to wait a long time so that they didn't have to judge me and could just laugh about it and forget about it.
"A kitten. What else?" I asked with a small grin, kissing Lottie's temple quick after I asked whatelse.

Ella sighed a little bit, but nodded anyway. "Alright.." She said quietly. She doubted she would be able to get that age down anymore. Now all she had to do was remember to ask her when she was seventeen. She would probably forget by then..
Lottie smiled brightly and laughed a little when Riyann kissed her temple. She asked what else and Lottie just shrugged a little bit. "Can I have an owl, mum?" Ella asked a moment later, smiling a little bit. "Oooh, no, a rat?"

Pulling back I looked at Justin for a moment and then turned and put my arm around Char Lottie again. It was kind of hard giving attention to the three of them at the same time. Least I hope they didn't get jealous.
"Alright. A rat and a kitten. Then what else." I grinned, knowing I now was only spoiling them.

She smiled lightly and laughed a little bit as she kissed the top of her head again. They weren't getting jealous, they were used to this by now anyway, so it wasn't that big of a deal when it came to someone paying more or less attention to each of them.

I hummed softly to fill the silence, humming what so happened to be a song Riley had played me so long ago, but it had always stuck in my head.
"Course you do." I said with a faint grin. "I'm spoiling the both of you until your heads blow or until I dunno, never." I said with a large grin now. I was more than tired yes, but I was keepign like this just for the girls. I didn't want to show them how weak I was I didn't want them to think anything about the time I'd spent in Azkaban.

"Fine. And it's going to be expensive, and pretty, and you're going to love it." I said with a laugh, pressing my lips to the side of her head again with a large grin.
"And it's going to match the other your sister gets and you'll love it and you'll love it." I said, repeating that they'd love it.

I shrugged softly, not entirely sure of the answer myself. "I dunno." I whispered softly. He might've stopped just because, or maybe it was because of me. Probably because of me though, seeing as everything happens to be my fault anyways. "He just did." I whispered softly.
Some bloody good wife I had been. Never asking him why. Nothing. Just left it at that.
He'll be better off without me. He's already doing better as it is right now.

Ella simply nodded and accepted it? I couldn't even really accept that answer, though I'm sure she could always ask Riley. While I on the otherhand would be busy keeping hidden from the ministry, which meant here, because Riley still worked for and at the ministry, I'd never keep hidden here, or be able to see Riley or the kids quite like I'd want to.
