I shook my head with a small sigh. "No I said 'Not his brother, you're cousin', meaning 'he's not only Riley's brother, but your cousin too'." I said, sighing softly again, wanting to pull away, feeling worse now that he didn't exactly have to know that bit of stupidity.

I nodded slightly, "Oh.. okay." I said sort of slowly. "It just.. sounded like you meant something else..." I said before pausing for a second. "... I understand why you said it.."

I nodded slgihtly, "Kind of.. odd for him to be refered that way.. but it's sort of like talking to someone else in the family.. like, my mum or something.. you'd probably say your son.. not my brother." I said quietly.

I let a small yawn pass my lips and smiled a little as I shut my eyes, though I wanted to stay away for Ariella.

I heard her yawn slightly and ended up yawning a little bit myself. I was really hoping that she would fall asleep soon. I wasn't sure if I'd be able to get to sleep, but I wanted her to get some.

I really didn't want to sleep, and absent-mindedly started tracing shapes with my free hand on the back of his hand that was holding my other, shutting my eyes lightly.

I smiled a little when I felt her trace shapes over the top of my hand and moved a litle bit, getting slightly more tired as I sat here.

After a short while I fell asleep, my fingers brushing lightly over the back of his hand before falling down at my side.

After a little while, her fingers fell from my hand down to her side and I smiled slightly, figureing that she was alseep. A few moments later, I too, fell asleep.
