I nodded a little bit, kissing her softly before pulling away all the way and walking into the kitchen starting to get some tea ready and boiling some water with my wand so I could make it faster.

I kissed him back before he pulled away any more and then as he went off to the kitchen I went to the living room and sat down on the couch, pulling my knees up to my chest and pressing my legs in close to me as I hugged my arms around them.

I made twp cups of tea before I walked into the living room to see Riyann sitting on the couch, hugging her arms around her knees. I walked over to her and sat down next to her, holding her tea out to her slightly with a faint smile.

I glanced up to see Riley come in and smiled weakly towards him. "Thanks." I whispered, taking the tea from him and hugging it close to my chest before taking a small sip of it.

"No problem, love." I said with a small smile back to her, taking a small sip of my tea a few moments later. I scooted a little closer to her and grabbed a blanket off the couch, tossing it over us.

I nodded a little, biting softly at my lower lip. Good that I didn't, bad because Shelby wasn't going to come and see us anymore, and I'm sure if I went to see her again she'd kiss me again. "Wasn't expecting me to say I didn't kiss her back?" I asked, not really wanting to accuse him of saying or thinking that, merely curious as to what he wasn't expecting. Shelby was in love with me, how could he not expect that to happen at least once?

I heard his no quick after I had asked, no real pause between his words and my own. "She still loves me." I whispered, wondering why I was even telling him this. "She's getting a divorce because she doesn't love Draven as much." I could feel a couple tears prick my eyes. I felt guilty, ruining Shelby's happiness like this when I wasn't to entirely at fault. "And she doesn't want to be around us."
