Bloody Mess-Open-

[Melissa Ortiz]

Melissa sighed quietly as she made her way to the Hospital wing. Sure it would of been easier if she could just had one of her friends fix this entire mess but, no one knew except her mother how she highly hated blood. She was one of those people who had the tendency to faint just at the sight of it. She had practically ran away from them and headed straight to see Madam Pomfrey.

She just made she sure didn't see her blood and she would be fine. She kept telling herself that as long as she didn't see it, she would be fine. She almost had her eyes closed as she ran up the stairs. Who would of thought hitting her nose on something as hard as that would cause her to have an extreme nosebleed. She walked in and looked at her with sort of panic in her eyes before she collapsed on an empty bed. All from just looking at her blood filled hands.

Alph walked from his desk to go see how all the people were doing in them so he whent in the first room to check but it was empty and then he looked in the second and saw a girl with a bloody noes and he went cold inside blood made him want to scream but he shouldnt it wasnt the time or the place for it.Alph quickly came over to her and got a rag to hold her noes so he could stop it from splattering on him.He felt dizzy seeing it all on her hands and face after a while it had finaly stoped and he let out a sigh of realef that it had.So he slowly removed the blood soked rag and wet a new one with water and washed off her face and hands.He hoped she would be alright even though he didnt really know her,He wasnt shur why he felt sick all of a sudden but he needed to sit down to get over it or he would black out from it.

All she remembered was making it inside the hospital wing. After collapsing on the hospital bed. She couldn't remember even seeing Madam Pomfrey in there. She sat on her bed and sighed slightly. She was glad that her nose had finally stopped squirting blood every where. She looked at her hands and noticed that they were not full of blood anymore. She glanced around the room and noticed a guy sitting down. She blushed as the thought of this guy cleaning her up made her sort of embarrassed that she couldn't take care of her own bloddy mess."Umm.....hello?"She awkwardly said.

[Alph Green]

Alph looked up to the girl he now noticeing that she was awake"Oh,hello are you alright miss"He asked looking worried,he was always wondering how people were because he cared how they felt it ment alought to him.Alph came over to her and sat on his knees next to the bed"So what happend to you"He asked.

[Melissa Ortiz]

She looked at him as he came closer to her bed."I think so..."She said answering his first question. Her eyes followed him as he sat alongside her bed. She thought about his next question before answering."Umm...well I got a bloody nose...something hit me when I was outside in the courtyard."She tells him."I just don't remember what it was."She shrugged slightly.

"Thats ok your alright now,right"Alph said with a smile he didnt like it when he asked alought of questions and made sombody feel uneasy about him he didnt mean any harm to anbody,Alph was feeling dizzy agin,he was having some what of a flash back that caused him to shiver.

She smiled politely and caught herself thinking how weird....well not really weird but it was odd how this guy was so caring. He had practically taken care of her and he didn't even know her. He really had no real reason to help Melissa but still he helped her out.
"Yeah, I'm alright now...but are you?"She asked now concerned as he didn't look like he was feeling to well.

"Im a little dizzy"He said smiling weakly,he wasnt the same after that day happend,he got sick easy and paniced when he sow blood.Alph looked up at her and tryed to pratend he was alright"And I got to work hear all week so I cant afford to miss a day even if im sick"He said feeling sick inside

She raised and eyebrow and slipped out of bed. Walking over to him she stood at his height and looked in his eyes. her mother had been a nurse not only in the muggle world but here as well. It was only a matter of time Mel would learn something. She lightly placed her cool hand on his forehead feeling to see if he was sick of not.
"Maybe you should get some rest....but if you don't mind me asking...are you not a student here?" She asked as she back away from him seeing how close she was to him.

"Yea"He said sneezing into his hands and shivering"I just couldnt rest when theres hurt people waiting for me to go see and help them"Alph said sneezing agin,he felt somthing hot burning from his noes and quickly got a rag for it.

She watched him as he sneezed a couple of times."Bless you."She said every time he had sneezed. She sighed slightly as he saw him get up and rush around the room. He seriously just needed to relax for awhile."Hmmm...I have an idea...why don't you relax and I'll help the students that come in here.'She nodded smiling at her idea.

[Alph Green]

"You'd do that for me"He said with a smile on his face"Your so nice mam"Alph said sneezing blood on his Dr.coat"Crap"He said panicing with hands over his noes and ran to the bathroom in the room started splashing himself.

She laughed as she felt her eye twitch...realizing that she didn't even introduce herself."Yeah, of course...you helped me so why shouldn't I help you?"She smiled and nodded. "Oh sorry, I'm Melissa Ortiz, 5th year Ravenclaw."She grinned and turned slightly as she seen his blood. Before she takes a deep breath and help him, he's already taking care of it himself."Um...you want any help?"

He turnd real quick and noded"Pleas"He asked softly and turnd agin to spash water in his face trying to stop it but it refused to stop and Alph sighed and just sat down on the floor holding his dizzy head

She looked around for anything to help him stop the bleeding. She saw a carton of gauze. She quickly too some and sat by him and placed the gauze to his nose. Removing her hand and placing his hand where her hand had been."The trick to nosebleeds is that you don't hold your head up but down."She says removing the bloodied gauze and giving him clean ones.

"Yea I know but it still bleeds eather way"He said sighing,he didnt like noes bleeds it scared him to death,Alphs heart beated faster and faster when he saw the blood agin,he closed his eyes to try and not see it.

[Melissa Ortiz]

She shook her head and tried not to laugh.When she had first came here she was deathly terrified of her own blood besides everyone else. And now her she was helping this person, she didn't even know...with his nosebleed. How odd it seemed to her, but there would be moment were she would have to take a couple of breathes just to relax a bit. She changed the gauze once more and applied clean ones."Yeah, but it should stop sooner or later."She smiled encouraging at him.

"I hope so"he said putting the tip of his thumb in his mouth bit it nervously,he felt it slowing down abit and then a minite later it stoped and he sighed with relef and took the gauze away and looked at it,he made a face after it and threw it away"Thanks Melissa,Im Alph,by the way Alph Green"He said smiling weakly.

She smiled and felt her cheeks turn a light pinkish color. It had seemed like it would never spot bleeding. But she was glad that after another minute or so it had finally stopped."Your welcome, Alph and its nice to meet you...considering the situation."She nods as she stand up and stretches her hand out to help him up from the floor as well.

He turnd pink when after she did and he reached out his hand to grab hers so he could pull himself up,he thought she was pritty,he didnt know that much about her but it felt like he knew her for ages

She smiled at him and let her hands drop to her side before hoping back on her bed and patting a spot next to her."So tell me a bit more about yourself Alph."She nodded.

He smiled and walked over beside her and sat down beside"Alright then,were should I start,well I grew up in london and I grew up all alone after my parents died and then I came to hogwarts for my first tim when I was twelve and then took the job as beaing a doctor at age 18,I know im young but I was the only person who was willing to work for free"He said smiling

She listens as he tells her his story on how he arrived her and what had happened to his family. Most people didn't touch the topic about family like it was such a sensitive thing to talk about."Oh, I'm sorry about your parents...luckily I have my mother..."She tells him. "So you work with Madam Promfrey huh...doesn't it get boring?"She asked jokingly.
She nods."But you should still get paid,it would be unfair for you not to receive any money for your work."She says."So what house were you in?"She asks him, hoping she wasn't asking to many questions.

"I no it may seem odd i dont feel anything for my parents because they died after I was born so I really didnt know them that well,yea madam promfrey does talk alught"Alph said laphing a little,she was suposed to pay me today but I guss she forgot"He said frowning.

[Melissa Ortiz]

She smiled and nodded."Yeah...I guess I know what you mean....I hate my father...especially after her married one of my mom's best friend....he abandoned us..and I hate him for it."She said her voice dripping with hatred and sadness. She shook her head and tried to smile. It was hard to admit that it hurt to know she never really had a father."Oh yeah, I bet. Don't worry I'm sure if you write her a note or something she'll pay you in no time...she is a bit forgetful at times."She nods.

"Yea I should,And im sorry to hear what your father did to you and your mum"He said frowning a little he didnt like it when sombody was sad it just made him feel sad to

She shook her head. sometimes she just need to shut up for once. She was always blurting out things about her father ans he was really getting sick of it. She smiled at him." Thanks...but things must happen for a reason..right?"She asked but not really waiting for an answer. "Alph..do you like ice cream?"She randomly asked.

"You bet"he said trying to cheer her up,"You like chocolate"He asked smiling,he alwas made people happy after a bad thing has happend and always seemed to make them laph but he couldnt help laphing when they laphed.

[siz=1]Her eyes widen as if he had mentioned the most awesome thing ever."Of course, who wouldn't like chocolate?"She smiled as she jumped off her bed thinking how her mother disliked chocolate and how she like chocolate.. "I've got an idea, how about we go get some ice cream, here in the kitchens, I'm sure it'll do us both some good."She smiled as she waited for his response.[/size]

"Sure fine by me"He said following right behind her torwards the kitchen,Alph opend the freezer and chatterd his teeth when the cold air ble on him"What flavor"He asked with a grin.
