Bloody Mess-Open-

[Melissa Ortiz]

She smiled and nodded as they head out the door. They walked down stairs toward the kitchens. She saw the portrait and tickled the pear to open the portrait hole. She stepped inside after him and followed him to the fridge. She looked at him and laughed."Like you had to ask, chocolate of course."She grinned as she looked for their bowls and spoons. Trying not to bother the kitchen elves. She set their bowls and spoons on the table and waited for him to bring the ice cream over to where she was.

Alph came over to were she was with two box's of ice cream strawberry and chocolate,he sat them both down and got a bigger spoon to cut threw the frozen chocolate,he grunted trying to pry the icecream out when it shot up in his face,Alph looked at his reflection in the mirror and laphed at the splater on his cheek,he got her bowl and put it over the box so it would fly ino the bowl next time instead of his face.

She smiled and laughed as he brought the ice cream over to where she was seated. In a matter of seconds she looked up at him and noticed his face was splattered with ice cream. She grabbed a napkin and cleaned the ice cream off. She waited for him to finish serving them ice cream.

He finshed scooping the rest of hers and gave it to her with the spoon and then he got his bowl and sat on the couner with it.He got his spoon and spooned up a stawberry chunk in the ice cream and ate it."Cheers"he said smiling with his bowl.

She smiled as she ate a spoonful of her chocolaty frozen treat."Oh, yeah cheers!"She laughed lightly before taking another spoonful of her chocolate ice cream. This was sort of hard after awhile, thinking up of things to talk about. She found herself frowning at random questions she would think of."So what house were you in before?"

"Well i was in ravenclaw"He said eating another scoop,he wished he was still able to go back and be a student but he needed the money more than ever now that he had his own house back in london,he had to pay for the bills some how or another.

[Melissa Ortiz]

She played with her spoon going around in circles around her chocolate ice cream before actually taking a bite of her delicious frozen treat. She smiled at the house elves that had rushed towards them when they had first came in."Really you were a fellow raven..that's cool."She smiled as she took another bite of her ice cream."So what do you do for fun, well when your not working with Madam Pomfrey?"

"Yea,i know hard to see me as a ravenclaw"he said smiling a little"Well i just go to the lake for a swim"He said setting his bowl down to the house elef that seemed to be waiting for it for awhile just to clean it,he asumed"Im almost off anyways,if you'd like you could come with me,thats only if you want"Alph said getting out his comb to brush his hair over to the side of his face.

She laughed and shook her head as she ate another spoonful of her chocolate ice cream."No its not that...I just thought...never mind."She blushed slightly not really knowing what she wanted to say to him. She continues listening to him especially when he said he went to the lake for a swim."Really, do you try to find squidy when you go for a swim?"She asked laughing a bit. She nods smiling slightly."You mean for a swim with you, like right now? Sure sounds like fun!"She beams.

"Well somtimes I like to but there hard to find somtimes"He said trying think the last time he saw three near him,wich was only yesterday"well give me a sec,I got to get my bag so I can go swiming"he said heading over near the door and grabing the blue bag near the coat hanger."Um,would you like a swim suit to barrow"Alph said turning around to face her,he didnt really know if she wanted to or not,so it was best he ask and see if she did.

She smiled looking at her unfinished ice cream. She hopped off her seat and placed her bowl in the sink. She turned to face Alph again and nods as she watches him retrieve his blue bag. She shook her head when he asked if she wanted a swim suit to borrow. Since it was summer Mel's wardrobe consisted of light tees and shorts."Actually I have one under my clothes. You see before coming to the hospital wing I was swimming."She laughed as she started towards the door."Ready?"She asked him.

"Oh,ok,yea im ready"he said letting her walk ahead of him"ladys first"he said with a smile,he put the bag on his back and followed her out the kitchen.

[Melissa Ortiz]

She smiled and giggled lightly as she stuck her hands in the pockets of her denim shorts and made her way out of the kitchens and into the long hallway."Thanks."She nodded as they continued to walk a long distance before they had finally reached the lake. She stretched her arms out as she felt the gentle breeze blow through her blond hair. She removed her clothes and shoes reveling a light blue star designed bathing suit. She had by the shore sticking her feet into the water.

"Welcome"he said as they left the kitchen,as Alph walked near the lake he took off his shirt and left the swimming trunks on that had hawii flowers all on it,he walked near the lakes edge and then backed up some and jumped in yelling "kalabunga"making a big splash in the water.

She laughed as she watched him jump in causing him to splash water all over the place. Melissa wiped her wet her from her face and shook her head as she smiled shivering a bit from how cold the water had felt on her warm skin."Having fun?"She asked smiling.

He nodded while shivering"its ice cold"He said stuttering a little"but ill get used to it I always do" he said smiling lightly his body was shaking so mutch that it kind of tickled but it wasnt him it was a few fish swiming by him.

She laughed and shook her head as she slide in. She wrapped her arms around herself and began shivering slightly at the coldness of the water."I guess you weren't kidding huh?"She laughed as she went under and resurfaced completely wet. She moved her hair that had gotten on her face and smiled at him"Yeah, I'm sure as soon as we have been long enough in the water it won't be cold anymore."She said as she began to swim around.

"he whent under water and saw some mermaids below him and he came back up gasping "mermaids"Alph had never really seen so many in a group,it was cool enouph if you got to see at least one in a day.[g night its late over here ill see ya tommarow,bye

She gasped slightly as she felt something touch her leg. She took a deep breath and went under water with Alph when he said something about mermaids. She moved her arms to stay afloat under water and slowly opened her eyes as she saw the group of mermaids swimming and interacting with each other.

Alph whent a little lower and tried not to desterb them so he hid behind some stone a little way away from them,Alph wished he could stay a little longer under but he couldnt hold his breath for long so he had to go up for air now.When he swam up he felt somthing tug on both arm and was pulled back under water,when he opend his eyes he saw they were pulling him.He shook his head and tried to tell them he wasnt one of them but he also was glad to see them in person.Alph waved his free arm and motioned for Melissa to come over to him so she could see them up close to.

She stayed abpve water until she didn't see Alph anymore. She swam to shore knowing that her wand was hidden in one of her pockets she cast the bubble charm which let her breath underwater while her head was in an air bubble. She dove underwater and continued to look for him when she spotted him. He had been surrounded by mermaids. With mermaids it was like you could almost never tell if they were good or evil. She saw closer to Alph with her wand stuck away in a secret pocket of her bathing suit as she watched him and the mermaids,

He went back up for air because he was holding it for so long,one followed him and pull him back but he pulled it up with him instead.It pulled itself free and whent back to what was doing before,when he sufaced he was gasping for air like it was he first time breathing air."Wow"he said wiping the water from his eyes he looked around and wondered when she would come back up.

[Melissa Ortiz]

She shook her head as she watched Alph try and resurface and once more one of the mermaids tried to drag him down once more, but this time he managed to escape its grasp. She swam backwards a bit as she departed from the mermaids sight. She looked at them one last time and began her swim back to the shore with Alph. Once on shore she started to giggle as the air bubble charm had began to fade away."You know, using the bubble charm to breath is way much better then holding your breath hun."She told him smiling as she swam beside him."Are you alright?"

"Yea"he said gasping exhaustedly"I wonder what got into them"He said smiling slightly,he wondered if they liked him the thought made him laph a little.He moved his hair out of his face so he could see.

[Melissa Ortiz]

She hopped on the shore and sat down but kept her legs in the water as she splashed slightly. She listened to his comment and shrugged slightly."Who know, maybe something was bothering them...hopefully it wasn't us."She frowned.

[Alph Green]

He swam to shore after she did and layed down and gasped some more but not that hevily now"Me too"He said putting his hand on his head to block out the bright sun out of his eyes.

[Melissa Ortiz]

She watched him as he laid on the ground not to far from where she was sitting."Hmm....well your no help."She teased giggling slightly as she looked at him and moved her wet hair from her face."This was fun we should do this again sometime."She smiled at him.

"So crule"he teased back at her,he pulled out his wand and dryed out his hair with a spell but it puffed out into a fuzz insted of its natural form of styal."Wrong spell"He said chuckling a little.[ok ill see you then,=D]

She shook her head and laughed before sliding back into the cool water. She went under but came up moving her damp hair from her face."Feeling better?"She asked him as she heard him breathing at somewhat of a normal pace now.

"yea,I wont do that agan"he said laphing a little and went into the water to cool off from the hot sun burnining his skin,he already knew he was sunburnt but the cold water helped the burning to stay down some.He moved his hair out of his face once more.
