Worry

[Arden Patricks]

"No, not really." I shake my head, frowning slightly. "Not that there are really a whole lot of good ways to die."

[Riley Pearson]

"Yeah, you have a point there." I said with a small nod.

[Arden Patricks]

"Mm," I nod. "I usually do."

[Riley Pearson]

I nodded slightly, "I'll take your word on that too." I said with a small smile.

[Arden Patricks]

I shake my head, smiling slightly. "Pushover."

[Riley Pearson]

I chuckled lightly, "Pushover? I don't remember anything." I said with a light smile.

[Arden Patricks]

I nod. "But your personality hasn't changed a bit. You've always been a pushover, always too nice, that sort of thing."

[Riley Pearson]

I chuckled a little. "Then I'm okay with it I guess." I said with a smile. "I don't mind being a nice pushover."

[Arden Patricks]

"Mm... worse things you could be," I shrug, nodding agreeably.

[Riley Pearson]

I nodded, "Right." I said agreeing with her, still sort of at loss of words.

[Arden Patricks]

I shrug, looking down at my hands for something to do. "Um... anything you want to ask me, so I can fill you in on things?" I ask, shrugging again.

[Riley Pearson]

"Um.. I'm sure there is.." I said with a small nod. "Um.. Things I like doing besides baking?" I asked with a small chuckle.

[Arden Patricks]

"Hm...." I bite my lip slightly, a little bit alarmed because I really can't think of anything and that can't be right. "Um...."

[Riley Pearson]

"That's okay.." I said when she didn't say anything, "Um.. You can't think of answers and I can't think of questions.."

[Arden Patricks]

"Which makes for rather lacking conversation, since you can't answer questions either...." I shrug slightly, shaking my head.

[Riley Pearson]

"Right... Um... I know I'm married.. but what about you?" I asked her, since for some reason it was easier to ask her questions about herself than me.

[Arden Patricks]

"Oh... ah... I -" I shake my head. He'd have to start off with a question like that. "I'm a cat lady," I say finally, shaking my head. "Except I don't have any cats. We made bet once, actually, that I'd manage to avoid all love-stuff all my life." And I lost it... but never mind.

[Riley Pearson]

I chuckled a little, "I didn't know you could be a cat lady with no cats." I smiled, shaking my head a little bit. "A bet?" I asked raising my eyebrows a little bit. "Sounds ike I lost then?"

[Arden Patricks]

"It's the general idea," I shrug. "I have a small niece instead, she's similar to a cat."
I don't reply to the second part, wishing I hadn't brought it up. When you're going to withhold information, it's best not to hint at it, but I still can't seem to get that through my head.

[Riley Pearson]

I chuckled, "Your niece is similar to a cat?" I asked smiling.
When she didn't reply to what I said, I didn't say anything, now starting to wonder if maybe I won and it didn't work out, or if something happend. Or maybe she just didn't want to talk about it. That could be.

[Arden Patricks]

"In a way...." I laugh slightly. "She's soft, she crawls.... makes catlike noises."

[Riley Pearson]

I laughed lightly, "She sounds cute." I said with a small nod. "And cat-like." I smiled.

[Arden Patricks]

"Fairly." I laugh slightly, then can't think of anything else to say.

[Riley Pearson]

I chuckled a little not sure of what to say next either. "Um.. Do I have any habits or anything?"

[Arden Patricks]

I glance off to the side, thinking that over, then shrug. "I'm sure you do, but none are coming to mind. I guess I don't really notice any."

[Riley Pearson]

I nodded a little bit, "Okay.." I said with a small shrug.

[Arden Patricks]

I shrug slightly. "Let you know if you do. But, really, maybe some of your habits are things you've been trying to break for years and this is your chance."

[Riley Pearson]

"True." I said with a small nod. "That is, until I remember everything." I nodded a little again, even though I knew there was a chance I wasn't going to. I didn't really want to state that. "But mybe I'll forget them anyway." I smiled.

[Arden Patricks]

"Yeah, that's thinking positively." I smile slightly. "Maybe you can remember only what you want to."

[Riley Pearson]

I smiled and chuckled a little bit with a small nod. "Yeah, that'd be nice."
