"Probably.." I said quietly, frowning a bit more now, before coughing into my hand again, this time though, seeing a bit of blood in my palm when I pulled it away.

I nodded a bit, grabbing a tissue from the box that was lying near my side. "Yeah.. I think so.." I was pretty sure that it was from the internal bleeding.. and well, I already knew about it, so I don't really think I needed to call a healer over.

I nearly ask 'are you sure?' before thinking better of it, then stare at my own knee while wrapping my other hand around his. "Does your family know about this? The girls?" Riyann? I half wonder if she'd show up to see him if she knew.

I was slightly surprised that she didn't question me about it again, I guess I was glad that she didn't.. If there was a large amount of blood though, I probably would call for healer. She wrapped her other hand around the one she was already holding and I looked back up to her. "My parents know... the girls don't know details though.. and other than them, you, and my sister, no one's even been here." I said giving a very weak shrug.

I do know that Andra said it was easier to deal with her father's death than her mother's, because she had warning for the first and time to say goodbye. But everyone else I know who lost someone - it was always sudden and unexpected.

There was silence for a while longer and I move a little bit, trying to get more comfortable, wincing slightly as I did. "Is, um.. Is there anything you want me to say?" I asked a few moments later once I was settled again. ".. Or anything of mine you want?"
