Hayley has always been thin even for her height because she eats little. She is very pale. Her hair is naturally straight, but she keeps it wavy. Hayley’s hair is also long and generally worn down. When Hayley does smile, they are huge grins.
clothing style;
While in work, Hayley has to wear the uniform outside robes, and comfy shoes, but outside work, she wears whatever she wants. When Hayley has a day off, she’ll just throw on the first thing she sees that’s comfy.

good traits;
Hayley is smart, and kind. She makes up for not talking much by listening really well. Hayley normally doesn’t care what others think over her. She generally puts others before her self.
flaws;
Hayley is judgmental and holds long grudges. In addition she is too stubborn for her own good, and has a terrible temper. She doesn’t think before talking, and can be overly shy. She is also a pessimist, and over analyzes things. She only cares that family members and family friends accept her, because that is what she cares most about.
habits;
Hayley frowns a lot. When nervous, she bites her nails. She twirls her hair when she is bored. When she can’t think of anything to say in a conversation, Hayley says the first thing that comes to her mind.

brief history;
Hayley was never close with her family. In her family there was always so much fighting, and Hayley didn’t want to be part of it. When she thought her sister was killed by the only family member she really got along with, Shelly, she became a bit depressed, and stayed that way even after she found out that Daniella was still alive.
She went to Hogwarts where she was in Ravenclaw. True to her house, she worked hard on school work, and got good grades. Although she spent most of her time studying, she found ice skating fun. In her fifth year at Hogwarts, she took up Quidditch and became Seeker for Ravenclaw.
Hayley was supposed to become a death eater, but avoided it since Voledemort fell. In her final year at Hogwarts she decided that her calling was healing. Since then she has enjoyed working as a healer in St. Mungos.
