[/i] Whenever they were in stores and Dillon asked for candy, Bella never really noticed what kind it was. Her eyes scanned the shelves. This was the third aisle she had been on in the past ten minutes.

Dillon had a really bad cough and a stuffy nose. Bella figured the least she could do to help was save some candy for her when she felt better as she could never get enough for the young girl to eat. But until now, she was quite content with her mission of candy getting. "Why must you carry so much candy in this store?" She muttered under her breath.[/size][/ul]

Shell was walking down the aisles, looking for her favorite acid pops. No one ever liked them, so they always had a fresh stock of them untouched or they were always on sale trying to get rid of them. Either way, it worked out in the end. At least something did even if it was insufficent to most.

Turning the corner to walk down yet another aisle she ran into the person Shell would never really want to see for a while, after what happened with her and Jack. Shell had to laugh at what Bella said however. "Because everyone is picky in what their favorite is and they want the business, so it's really just supply and demand." she nods softly just staring at her with a faint smile.

[/b] She shrugged a bit.

Bella picked two licorice wands, but she wanted to find something else she was sure that Dillon would like. It was sort of quiet and she didn't want to seem rude, "So, how are things?" She asked in a polite tone and began to look on the other side of the aisle. "I hear a lot about your class from Jack." She said with a small nod.[/size][/ul]

Shell shrugs lightly glancing at the display shelves to see if there was anything she wanted on there. Sometimes her eyes would spot a sale on select candies and that was the most she could even afford at times. "I think that's the point though. Most to choose from sorta persuades you to get more cause you're unsure what you want." she nods giving her a faint smile back.

Shell turns around a few seconds after Bella did, wincing a bit though at what she said. "That's nice of him. We tend to debate who's class is more interesting. I win most of the time." she says teasingly with a brighter smile as Shell reached forward to grab her acid pops from the box.

[/b] She laughed and looked at a shelf that contained chocolate frogs. The cravings were definitely kicking in. She grabbed as many as she could carry, a wide grin spreading on to her lips. Sweet chocolate...

"Ah, I don't know. Muggle items and Astronomy is hard to choose from." Bella said with another light laugh. "How are things? I never really see any of you hardly. I'm always at the house." She really needed to get out more. Something always needed to be done though. A mother an adults work was never done really.[/size][/ul]

"Obviously..." she says with a grin as she picked up a couple frogs that fell from her hands and holds them for her.

Shell tilts her head slightly. "I was pretty sure he was the History of Magic teacher. He told me he'll fall asleep in his class sometimes while teaching. That's why I win most of the time." she says scratching the back of her head lightly as she nods faintly. "Fine I suppose. I'm a grandmother." she says with a sigh.
And might be carrying your husband's baby...

Bella put her hand on her head. "Sorry, I haven't thought straight at all lately." What kind of wife are you? Honestly, Bella... She laughed and shook her head as the image of him asleep at his desk. "I'm guessing by the sigh that it's not really what you were hoping for so early? Zoe or Ashlyn?"[/size][/ul]

Shell laughs sticking out her tongue back out at Bella. "Yes, but it still tastes so good." she grins stealing one of her frogs and taking a bite out of it. "Don't worry I'll pay for this one."

Shell frowns a bit, but she thought it was funny that Bella didn't even suspect Jenny or Isaiah for that matter and they were both older than Ashlyn. "Zoe. It's a little girl. Her name's Kalin and she's absolutely gorgeous. Dirty blonde hair and blue eyes but has a lot of green in them as well though. But I just wish that Zoe would have been older for her first child, you know?" she says with a sigh before closing her eyes and biting her lip.
Although Shelby, you weren't that great of a role model in that department now were you?

[/b] She gave another small nod when she said she'd pay for the one she took.

Bella matched her frown. Wow that was young. Though she couldn't really talk since she was pregnant at seventeen, but that was a bad thing to start so young. "Yeah, I understand. I mean, starting your life with a baby so soon. At least your there to help her and she doesn't have to do it by herself. Look at the bright side, you got a beautiful granddaughter out of it." She grinned as she said this and began to walk to the counter.[/size][/ul]

Shell sighs a bit, thinking about what she said. "Actually she wants to do it on her own. Find a place somewhere and drop out of school. If she wants to try on her own, then I can't really stop her. She's an adult and a kid at the same time now." she says with a deeper frown but it turns up slightly. "That's true I suppose. She's absolutely gorgeous, just like Zoe." she nods taking her chocolate frog up to the counter as well.

[/i] fast."[/b] A low laugh escaped from her lips and her expression became soft again. "Dropping out of school though... At least she's taking responsibilty for the baby and she's willing to take care of it. What counts is that hopefully she's learned something from her mum all these years, its to follow your heat, or something all the lines of that." Bella gave a quick nod and handed the man the money before taking her bag.[/size][/ul]

Shell watches Bella pay with her galleons, thinking it had to be nice to be able to spend them on candy instead of everything for the army. "Yeah, Jenny just graduated. Still feels like she's that little girl with pigtails, actually she is in a way." she laughs, putting her hand into her pocket with the few coins there before finding three or four knuts before handing them to the cashier for her chocolate frog. "I hope so too. Zoe's strong and brave. It's the family way really." she nods, taking a bite of the candy.

[/b] Isabella shook her head, her dark hair sweeping the edges of her face, an amused look on her face. "Zoe's going to be a really good mother. What about-" She hesitated, "What about the father?" Having someone else there to help raise the baby was so much easier. If Zoe was willing to do it alone, she was much stronger than Bella was, who leaned on all her friends for support and even Ryan. "Ah, yes, you've had to be strong plenty of times I'm sure. I mean with Jay, Logan and Nick. I think Zoe will know what to do though, it's in her blood. A Raven isn't she?"[/size][/ul]

Shell laughs a little. "My girls used to do that too. I don't see why being a grown up is so fun." she says with a nod. "The father? He's a down right jerk. Pureblood and all. They're not together or anything..." she trails off not really wanting to explain the situation again. "But she's doing it on her own. I think she's learned a bit of that from me over the years." she smiles to herself lightly. "No, actually she's a gryffindor. Out of Nick and I's children she's the only one that doesn't descend from the ravenclaw line."

[/b] A sigh escaped her lips as her mind was clouded with memories of her years of being a student. "Pureblood and jerk sometimes go hand in hand. Zoe is too good for that kind of person. And thats good that she wants to take responsibility." She didn't respond to the last sentence seeing as they were still friends and all and she didn't want to start anything. "Ah, proud Gryffie. Doesn't hurt to be a little different I suppose." Bella smiled slightly.[/size][/ul]
