I shrugged lightly, "Try if you want to." I said with a small smile back to him. I laughed a little and shrugged again, "I dunno really.. nothing?" I said looking over to him, and shaking my head a little bit at what he said next, not replying to it.
"I like your name.. I just wish you had a nickname." I smiled as I glanced over to him again. "And I'm pretty sure you can't... and that just sounds strange.. you can't ground me." I grinned.

"I will then." I said softly, smirking a little and not answering what she said next like she didn't answer me on the 'today's my day for my ego to grow'. Moving forward a little I kissed her softly, moving my hand to the side of her neck lightly as I did.
"Sure sure." I teased with a small grin. "Why not?" I asked, my eyes getting big at the what she said and then I laughed. "Will you pretend to let me ground you?" I asked, laughing alittle again as I shook my head, I was only teasing her and kidding around, and it happened to be quite fun.

"Okay." I said with a small smile and shrug before he moved closer to me and kissed me softly again. I wasn't exactly expecting it, but then I was at the same time. But nevertheless, I kissed him softly back feeling his hand on the side of my neck.
I raised my eyebrows over to him and laughed a little. "Okay, I'll let you pretend." I said looking over to him, wondering if he'd be able to tell if I was joking or not. I was pretty sure that he was joking, but I wanted to see his reaction.

I felt her kiss me back, loving the feeling of her soft lips against mine and moved slightly closer towards her as I kissed her. I didn't do much else, slightly afraid that if I did this either wouldn't be real or Meilana would pull away.
"Nah, I couldn't ground you." I said, laughing a little, knowing she'd only been joking, at least I was pretty sure she was only joking, I couldn't much see her being serious with that at least.

I felt him move a little closer and let him, wondering if I should stop this just yet or not. I really liked kissing him, so I can't say I really wanted to stop, but on the other hand, who was getting hurt in this situation? Me. I couldn't really believe what I was doing to myself right now, but I was liking it too much to really care at the moment and I deepend the kiss a little bit, playing slightly with the hair on the back of his neck.
I laughed lightly and nodded. "Exactly... I guess you'll never know then." I said with a small grin to him. "... I am joking by the way. That will never happen."

The more that I happen to continue with this the more I start to hurt Meilana, but on the otherhand it's really the fact that I don't much want this to stop, not really. My life's always been the one thing I've not had control over, and now I do for some little portion for some short period of time, I don't want to give that up. Selfish. I broke away from the kiss slightly. "I get to know?" I asked in a whisper before kissing her again, a small smile on my lips.
"Didn't think you were being serious Lace." I said, grinning a little more towards her.

I was starting to think about pulling away but, like I said before, I didn't really want to. A few moments later he broke the kiss slightly and I chuckled softly at what he whispered to me. "In a minute." I said quietly back, kissing him back when he kissed me again, feeling his smile and smiling a little back against his lips.
"That's good." I said with a small grin and nod toward him. "Cause there's no way I wasn't."

I chuckled faintly at her answer but didn't say anything back, using the free hand I had sitting on the ground to move to her cheek lightly while the other stayed on her neck and deepened the kiss faintly. I really shouldn't be doing this. I really shouldn't be doing this to her, not Meilana. I thought, but ignored the thoughts, still wanting to kiss her.
"Ah, okay." I said, laughing a little with a small nod.

I let him deepen the kiss again after I felt his free hand move to the side of my cheek and continued kissing him. A few moments later my thoughts got the best of me and I pulled away a little, breaking the kiss. "I can't do this." I said quietly, shaking my head a little bit.
I laughed a little and nodded, not knowing what else to add to that.

I felt her pull away and let her, pulling away from her entirely after hearing what she said. "Sorry." I muttered, watching her for a moment before looking away. I knew this was going to happen too. I knew this was going to hurt her too. Told you it'd mess with both of our feelings. I thought, shaking my head a little.

I shook my head. "You weren't the only one doing the kissing." I said with a faint smile to him and shrugging a little bit. "But.. You're a really good kisser.. which is what I was going to tell you." I said with a soft chuckle.

I said, nodding a little towards her, not much knowing what else to say, or if I had been going to say anything else. Probably would've if I hadn't just done that.

I didn't want it to stop. I nodded a little. "Which is good." I said softly, nodding a little. "It's fine, and I'm sorry." I said, shrugging a little and kissing her cheek lightly after hearing her sigh and pulled away again, scooting a little bit further from her. She didn't want to continue and I didn't want to kiss her again unless she wanted it. "You're welcome Lace."

I turned slightly so I was laying on my side facing her and moving a hand up to brush some of her hair back. "I'll do whatever I can to not hurt you Lace." I said softly, shaking my head a little. I never made promises, promises were always and will always be there to be broken, I wasn't going to do that to her.
