Julia always had a sweet tooth. It was one of the many traits she was told she’d inherited from her mom. She’d eat anything from chocolate frogs to fizzing Whizbees. There was no better place to find all these things than Honey Dukes. On Hogmeade weekends, while fellow students would spend their time in the Three Broomsticks, Julia immediately went to Honey Dukes, as she did this week.
Julia walked into the store. She was supposed to wait for her sister Theodora outside, but she was too impatient. Julia decided Theodora would find her inside. It was most likely that Theodora had already assumed she would be inside.
Julia walked past the choco balls, not in the mood for one today, and then quickly walked past the blood flavored lollipops. She ignored the acid pops and Cockroach Clusters, and then stopped for a moment at the droobles best blowing gum. Changing her mind, she walked over to the sugar quills, her all time favorite class distraction.

Shell was standing in front of a whole selection of Pumpkin Pastries, not sure if she wanted those or a Sugar Quill today. She needed some sort of sugar rush, causing her to smile thinking of Cassy instantly. Deciding to get both she takes a single pastry and then walks over to the sugar quills noticing one of her daughters.
"Hey sweetie, can you hand me a Sugar Quill as well?" she asks with a smile glancing around the store to see if any of her other children were in the store with Julia but didn't see any of them. Julia reminded Shell most about Cassy. Always having sweets, her quidditch skills, the house, nice and kindness. Everything down to the dot was like Cassy.
"So, how are you today Julie? Not getting that Sugar Quill for class now are we?" she asks with a laugh, knowing her daughter's habits with her favorite kind of sweet. "Although I used to do that with Chocolate Frogs and Blood Pops..."

Julia smiled when you saw her mom. She was supposed to meet up with Theo, and in the mean time she could talk to her mom. Julia picked up a sugar quill and handed it to her mom. "Here you go." Julia said.
"Today is..." Julia said trying to think of a word to describe it. "Blah." she decided on. "No. Not in a thousand years would I think of using one of these during class." Julia said sarcastically. She knew that her mother knew perfectly well what she did with them. "Blood pops? Eww. Only candy besides acid pops and Cockroach Clusters that I can't stand." Julia said wondering how Shelby could like them.

"Thank you." she nods, already taking off the wrapper and taking a nibble off of the sweet. A couple of students pass them and laugh at their professor but Shell just shrugs lightly taking another small bite. "Do you want mum to pay for that?" she nods to Julia's Sugar Quill. Shell always tried to spill her kids when she could but it didn't happen that often.
"Yeah, blah is a good word for today or just bleck." she nods with a smile still on her face, letting it grow a bit more when she was being sarcastic about the candy. "That's my girl. Not eating candy in class." she says with a small wink to her. "Aww, but they're good. I just can't stand those jelly beans. I don't get how people can eat them."

"Seeing as you offered, yeah you could pay for it." Julia said with a smile. She had no problem buying her own stuff, but when her mom offered, she just couldn't say no. That would be just rude.
"Not bleck!" Julia insisted. "I'm sure its a blah day." Bleck days were days when everything went wrong according to Julia, while a blah day was were nothing happened, but it was such s boring day. "No there not good. You're like the only one who thinks that. Bertie Bott's beans on the other hand are really good. The bad beans are all part of the candy experience."

Shell nods, taking the Sugar Quill and looking to see if she really wanted that pastry still. "Are you getting anything else Julie? I could get you one more thing, just no telling your siblings." she nods again this time with a laugh.
"Well my day was bleck and a blah." she sighs but drops the subject. "No, Ashlyn loves Acid Pops and Jenny is obsessed with Cockroach Clusters." she smiles now setting the pastry down and grabbing the smallest box of the clusters they had. "I always get the bad ones then. If I ever get jelly beans, they're normal muggle ones."

After thinking about it for a moment, Julia said, "Nah. I've actually been trying to cut back on sugar." It was true, but it wasn't going too well. Even when Julia got rid of all her sugar, she never failed to make her way down to the kitchen and get some candy from the house elfs. "I can't belive you think I would ever tell!" Julia added jokingly. "I'm good with secrets most of the time." Julia said sarcasitcally. In truth, Julia loved to talk so much even if it involved telling secrets.
"Back in your days was ages ago so ha!" Julia said grinning. "Ashlyn is something, and Jenny was all ways weird so that must be why they like acid pops and cockroach clusters. And muggle beans are really boring. Theres not enough flavors." Julia said.

"You? That's a little hard to believe, seeing as I heard from a sister of yours that you hide this Sugar Quills under your bed at home in a box." she says with a smile, knowing that she was just teasing her. "Hey, you're a jabber jaws most of the time. Never stop talking ever since you were little." Shell laughs a bit.
"Not what I meant, but that wasn't that long ago Julia." she says softly before nodding a bit to what she said. "That's true about Ashlyn and Jenny. Oddballs they are, but they like them just like I do. I still prefer the normal muggle ones. No nasty flavors like earwax or mud."

"Damn. I'll need to find a new secret hiding spot now." Julia said jokingly. "And I don't see how thats so hard to believe! Ask anybody. I only had a little bit of sugar so far this week." Julia left out that if might have been a little to her standerds, but to anyone else it would be a lot. "Good. You, Ashlyn and Jenny can stick with your disgusting candy choices, and I'll have mine."

Theodora was supposed to meet up with her twin Julia outside of Honey Dukes. The meeting place wasn't her choice. Theo rarely at candy, seeing as it was unhealthy. She was more of a fruit person herself. Theodora would have preferred them to meet up at the Three Broomsticks, but when Julia wanted something, she always get it.
She had been waiting outside the shop for a few minutes. It was odd for Julia not to be here by now seeing it was the place where she spent all of her time when she came to hogsmeade. Theodora herself had been late. There was no way she could stop in the middle of a chapter in her book to come here. Maybe Julia had left or maybe she was inside. Theodora decided it would be the second one. After all, Julia's short attention span and love for candy didn't mix well at all. Theodora opened the door, and went inside.

Shell shakes her head at Julia with a smile. "That you should, or else I might be sneaking into her secret stash." she nods lightly. "Okay then, I believe you and we will continue eating our nasty candy then." she sticks out her tongue at her hearing the bell on the door ring causing her to turn and look to see who it was. She grins seeing that it Theodora and waves slightly at her other daughter.

"How many times do I have to tell you? Only the candy you like is nasty. My candy is just too cool for you to understand its awesomeness." Julia said jokingly. Julia noticed that her sister had entered the store. That reminded her that she was supposed to be waiting outside. "Hey Dori!" Julia yelled to her hoping that her sister wasn't mad.

Theodora was right. Julia had come into the shop, and she was there with her mother. She smiled when her sister yelled her name, with no care for what the others in the shop thought. Theodora waved back before walking over. "Hey." she said with a smile to her mom. She turned to face Julia and said, "Didn't I tell you to wait outside because this does not look like outside to me?"

Raising an eyebrow again, she sighs dramatically at Julia. "My candy prefences are not nasty. You're just not awesome enough to realize it yet. The candy I like is only for the most awesomest people ever and you're not one of them." Shell teases as she glances over at Dori walking over to the two of them.
Shell smiles at Dori and then laughs slightly at what she said. "You sound like me hun, but I don't know if you would consider that a good thing or a bad thing honestly." she says with a laugh before looking back at the licorice wands. "Did you want something dear? It's mum's treat today."

"I know that. Awesome doesn't even begin to describe me." Julia said with a grin to Shelby pausing to think of a good word. Intelligent words didn't come to her easily, after all, thinking was her least favorite activity. She either naturally good at things, or couldn't do it at all, and wouldn't normally bother wasting her time trying. "I am extraordinarily overly awesome. Theres nothing that can beat that." Julia decided.
Turning to her sister she said, "Um, yeah I did, but really you should know me well enough to have guessed I would be in here. When have I ever been able to resist candy?"

"Lets just make it simple and call it a good thing." Theodora said still smiling to Shelby. Sometimes, it might have been a bad thing to be compared to your mom, but Theodora was fine with it. Julia was like their birth mom, and Theodora was fine being more like Shelby. "No thanks. You should no better then to offer me candy, I'm a strict fruit person. I'm only here because my dear sister has a candy obsession, and still hasn't learned the meaning of outside." Theodora said. With a grin, she said to Julia, "Maybe its you who doesn't know me well enough! You should have known that I who doesn't like candy wouldn't bother coming in. Didn't think of that did you?"

Shell laughs a bit shaking her head once more. "Oh okay all mighty Julia. No one can surpass your awesomeness." she bows slightly before giving her a one arm hug.
Looking back and forth between the two of them she sighs. "How about we start talking about how the other should know about each other and just go out to dinner? Just the three of us." she says with a smile. "But first we have to pay for the candy Dori if that's okay with you sweetie." Shell adds with a laugh. "I'll take you on a fruit shopping day and we can have a fruit salad lunch."

Julia laughed and said jokingly to Shelby., "Coolness. I've always wanted to be the mighty one. You should learn that from her Dori. Dinner sounds cool." To Theodora she said, "You'll just have to wait, because the almighty one wants her sugar, and you know how much I love my sugar! That would be just evil to take it away from me." Sometimes Julia had no idea how her and Theodora could be twins. Dori was just too different from her.

"Well, technically that's my job but I guess I can share my title." she teases hugging both of them lightly before going over to the counter with all the candy sweets in her hands and giving them to the cashier. After they were paid for, Shell hands Julia's hers and puts her own in her purse. "Okay, do you want to go somewhere specific or should I just choose?" she asks once they were outside.

"Oh shut up Julie. I know well enough not to listen to you." Theodora said jokingly. She added under her breath "She's almighty and big headed too." It may have seemed like Theodora didn't get along well with her sister, but behind the insults, and personality differences, Theodora loved her sister. "I think you should choose, lord knows where will wind up if Julia chooses." Theodora said teasingly, yet slightly serious. Her sister always did have a weird choice of food.

"Hey hey be nice." she says ruffling both of their hair slightly. "So completely opposite you know that? But I love you two anyway." Shell grins, but shakes her head slightly at them. "That's true. I'm either in the mood for chinese or italian. Which do you two prefer right now?" Shell asks when they were outside of Honeydukes and entering the night, while the sun was still sun setting.

"I'm always nice!" Julia insisted. "Or at least I try to be, anyways of course we're so different! Its not like we're the same people." Julia hated when people assumed that just because they were twins they were alike, when in reality, they were each their own person. "Excuse me, but I have impeccable taste!" Julia said seriously. "But between the two choices, Chinese."

Theodora smiled and said jokingly, "Yeah. Thank god were different, because if I were like you, I don't know if I'd be able to live with myself." As much as Theo loved her sister, she loved being herself. "God knows what would happen if there were two of either of us. Maybe the world would explode?" Theodora suggested.
"If by impeccable, you mean really really bad sense of taste, then yes you do." Theodora said jokingly. "Some times I feel like you can read my mind Julie. Of course only you would choose Chinese, because everyone knows Italian is superior. I bet you probably choose it because you knew I'd want Italian." There probably was not truth behind that, but sometimes Theodora felt like there was. "But yeah, lets do Chinese. Its got to be better then whatever Julie was originally planning on choosing." Theodora told Shelby.

"I'm glad you two agreed on something for once." she teases shaking her head at them. "And yes the world would probably explode if there was two of Julia or two of Dori. Actually I think it's the same for everyone." Shell adds, instantly thinking of her own twin. They were always completely opposite. Shell was in Ravenclaw, she was in Slytherin. Even after all these years they still never got along that well.
"Okay chinese it is. So that means we have to apparate to the muggle world. Never found a chinese place in the wizarding world." she says with a laugh as she extended both her hands out to Julia and Dori.

"Me and Dori agree? Never! This is what I like to call along the same lines." Julia said jokingly. Despite how her sister was much smarter then Julia, they often thought along the same lines. "I think for once I'll have to agree with you on that one. Its a good thing that no two people are then same." Julia said to Shelby holding on to her hand. "Maybe one day I'll make the first Chinese restaurant in the wizarding world." Julia thought out loud.

"Its true." Theodora said nodding. "We're just too different to possibly agree." It was true. While she was the mature one with all the brain in the pair, Julia was the one with all the cheerfulness and courage. They also had different ways of looking at life. Theo was always the pessimist who held long grudges, but Julia always looked at the glass half full, and learned to forgive and forget. Theodora liked herself the way she was, but some times she just wished she could be more like her twin. Theodora laughed and said, "Sure you will Julie. Right after you learn to cook noodles."
