Sitting in the window of the Astronomy Tower, Shell looks down at her wedding ring. She had placed it on a gold chain around her neck. Shell had definately taken things way too far and now he hated her, injured her former best friend, and still didn't feel any remorse from this.
She looks at her desk seeing the picture of her and Jay smiling and laughing from years ago. Shell knew she broke his heart and how long it took to mend it, but this time she was certain there was no way of fixing it.

Sighing softly Jay walked up to the tower. He wasn't looking forward to seeing her and he honestly didn't even want to think about her. But he had to tell her that he was going t take Annaliesa and James with him when he left.
Watching her for a few moments Jay sighs again. Coughing slightly and knocking on the door lightly to let her know he was here.

Shell glances over and sighs. "What? Here to shatter my heart more." she asks softly, tugging his coat around her more. She hated how this was going to end. Shell hadn't sign anything yet and wasn't planning to.

"Came here to tell you that-..that I'm going to take Annaliesa and James with me. I've already got them and their belongings." he muttered crisply. "You can either just let me take them or I'll fight for them. And Shelby, the arguments I have against you and the proof aren't going to help you and could probably have you lose the rest of the kids." He finished looking down. Jay knew that he was going to have to get this over with quickly.

Shell heart drops, just staring at him. "No. They're my kids. Mine. Without them I have nothing." she says feeling the tears running down her face. "You're not taking them."

"Shelby they are mine to. I have no right to try and take custdoy of the others, but I'm going to make sure that the ones I can take are raised properly." He nods. "I would try for the rest of them, but they would probably just go to another family member close to you."

"Have them. Just take them all." she mutters with tears falling walking over to him and just looking up at him. "Actually have everything. I'm going to Azkaban where I belong." she says with a nod, walking off to another window.
