I was slightly surprised when she didn't pull her hand away right away. I nodded slightly when she said thanks, figuring that it must've worked and slowly let go of her hand, putting my wand away, back into my pocket. "You're sure you're okay?" I asked her as she kept her eyes off me.

"Perfect." I said, glancing up at him with a small smile before putting the noodles back in the pot and adding the cheese, milk, and a little bit of butter and putting it back on the burner and started stirring it together with a soft sigh. I found out after a short moment that bumping the burn still hurt so I tried my best not to do that.

I smiled a little back and nodded. "Okay.." I said quietly, watching her stir together the mac and cheese. As I stood there, I thought maybe I should mention what I dreamt about for those few seconds. "Um.. I-I think someone pushed me.." I said after a few moments, looking over to her again. ".. in front of the car."

I nodded softly before he spoke up and was tempted to ask how he knew he didn't exactly remember anything else that well, but there was the fact that he was remembering some things. I stopped stirring the mac and cheese and just looked down at it. It was a possiblity. And then something clicked in my head. I turned around and looked at him for a moment. "H-Hayley." I whispered, not really wanting to believe it. I mean, ten years ago I was talking to her about how bad of an ice skater Riley was and how he wasn't that bad, but we could tease him and she didn't want to, now she pushes him infront of a car?

I shrugged a little, "Maybe.." I said quietly watching as she stopped stirring the noodles. "W-When Ella hit me with the Quaffle.. I actually thought I remembered everything for a little bit... Weird dream. So I dunno if it actually happend, but I remember saying, 'She pushed me..' And then I woke up.." I said with a small nod.

I raised an eyebrow when he said that he had a dream and discribed it, but I was still stuck on the fact that Hayley pushed him infront of a car, with the twins there. "I can't believe she'd do that." I whispered, biting my lip.

I bit my lip softly. "I dunno. Maybe you could start talking about it." I said in a small whisper before shaking my head. "Nevermind. It doesn't matter. I know Hayley and if she did do this, then it's probably rotting her mind." I added, nodding and turning the stove off before the Macaroni and Cheese burned.

I shrugged my shoulders simply and got out bowls for the four of us and started putting food in them, not sure what to do, talk with him or go get the girls now while I could, not talk to him. Biting my lip softly I went to the door and called the girls in. Their giggles were loud as they chased eachother into the house, Ariella chasing after Lottie this time.
"Daddy," Lottie shrieked, hiding behind Riley, slightly out of breath and I smiled, picking Ariella up in my arms as she started to dart past me for her sister. "Macaroni and Cheese." I whispered softly in her ear before she started squirming and trying to get out of my grasp. I laughed at her and shook my head softly as Charlotte's eyes got big. "Why can't daddy cook mum?" Ariella asked in a whine as her sister ran off and shut the door to the twins room, most likely locking herself in.
Laughing I grabbed a couple of forks before handing a bowl to Ella and grabbed another bowl as I started with her to Lottie. "Because I'm cooking and torturing you with it." I said with a grin before knocking on the door as it was locked. "Wanna hold this quick love?" I asked with a grin before Ariella took it with a sigh. I laughed softly and took my wand out and unlocking the door. "MUM, no, nonononono." Lottie screached with a laugh and I smiled, handing her a bowl and fork. "Food." I said with a smile before going back to the kitchen, locking them in their room so they'd eat it for a change.

Lottie came running in, hiding behind me, causing me to laugh a little, smiling lightly as Riyann picked up Ella. "What's wrong with Mac and Cheese?" I asked with a small laugh, slighlty amused by how they were acting all because of that. "This what they do everyday?" I asked Riyann, as Lottie ran into her room and locked the door.
I watched as she locked them both in the room with their mac and cheese and raised an eyebrow at her as she came back, smiling a little. "I am sorry." I said with a small chuckle.

"EVERYTHING!" Ariella yelled when she started giggling. "She makes us eat it everyday. Sometimes for breakfast." Charlotte said before she'd run off to the room. "Most everyday." I said with a small shrug. "It's the only thing I can cook." I added with a small grin. "She can't, it took her a month to finally be able to make mac and cheese right!" Ella said and I would've covered her mouth had I had the open hand.
I looked up at him after hearing him say he was sorry. "For what?" I asked raising a small eyebrow like he had done as I walked in. As long as the girls were around I could pretend it was all normal. "Here." I said, handing him a bowl and a fork and took my own. "SAVE US DADDY!" Char called from their locked room.

"Everyday?" I asked with a small chuckle. "No wonder you two hate it.." I said with a small smile. "Don't be so hard on your mum, she doesn't burn it anymore right?" I asked as they walked down the hallway to their roo.
"They're insane." I said with a small smile, then thanking her when she handed me my bowl. I heard one of them yell from their room and laughed a little, just shaking my head a little. "You really just gonna leave them in there?" I asked with a small chuckle.

"NO MORE" I called back to him with a laugh, shaking my head softly and kissing Ariella's cheek quick.
"I know that." I said with a small laugh as I lifted myself up to the counter to eat again. "Course. Not like they won't eat it." I said with a small shrug. They didn't really mind the mac and cheese, just hated eating it all the time, which is why it was good when Riley was home, at least when he had his damn memory.
I could hear their giggling from the kitchen and I laughed softly, shaking my head lightly as I took a bite to eat. "Want anything to drink?" I asked softly, jumping off the counter and going to the fridge and opened it, getting the wine out for myself, tempted to drink lots or else get drunk off of firewhiskey, but then again that wouldn't be smart if I was planning on taking the stupid job.
One glass won't hurt.
I poured myself a glass and looked at Riley, raising a small eyebrow as I did.

"No more what?" I asked with a small chuckle, shaking my head a little bit.
I started to eat some mac and cheese as I stood there. "Yeah I guess so." I said with a small nod, smiling a little. "Do they know that you're probably taking the job at the Ministry then?" I asked her curiously, thinking about how when she got home I was more than likely going to make her sleep. I could learn how to make something.
"Um.. I think I'll just have some water." I said with a small smile, watching as she poured a glass of wine for herself. For now I thought that maybe water would be best. At least for me.

"Burning Macaroni and Cheese." Ella called for me.
I watched him take a bite and laughed softly. "It's not deadly, I swear." I said with a small shrug. "Uhm, I haven't told them anything." I said softly, shaking my head lightly. "I can talk to them later." I added with a small nod. I probably won't tell them until before I leave though, which is probably not the nicest, but hey, leaves less room for argument from them. They still though Riley was going back to work too.
"Okay." I said, putting the wine back and got him a glass of water and handed it to him before taking a sip of my wine and going back up to my spot on the counter. Shaking my head softly I set the wine down next to me and ate some more mac and cheese.

"I didn't think it was." I said smiling and shaking my head a little and then nodding when she told me that she hadn't told them yet. "Probaby best... then they won't have much time to argue about it." I said with a small smile, taking another bite of my mac and cheese.
"Thanks." I smiled, taking the glass of water for her, taking a sip before setting it down on the counter.

"Okay." I said with a small laugh when he said he didn't think that the Macaroni and Cheese was deadly. "Just so long as you didn't think it." I added with a small smile. "That's what I was thinking." I said with a small nod. We always ended up with the same idea on things like this, or like anything. I took another bite of my Macaroni before rumaging around behind me a little and grabbed the pepper and started adding it over the cheesey mess with a small smile.
"You're welcome." I said with a soft smile before hearing an erruption of laughter from the twins and I shook my head softly.

"No, course I didn't. I wouldn't unless I had the arsenic to this batch of Macaroni." I said with a small laugh as well. "What doesn't make much sense?" I asked, scrunching my eyebrows up in confusion as I took a bite of the macaroni noodles.
"Usually else I lock them in their room and put a silencing spell over them." I said with a small laugh. "They'll be nice to you, maybe." I said before shaking my head.

"Good, glad you value your life." I said with a small smile. "You are so forgetful." I said with a laugh when he said he wasn't sure any more and that he'd confused myself. "Silly." I said softly, shaking my head lightly as my lips held an amused smile.
I smiled and nodded. "Well I hope you do remember it." I said with a small shrug at what he said next. "I'll try and fit you into my schedule." I said jokingly as he told me to pray for him. I really was starting to doubt that the girls'd be nice, after all Riley was the one that let them do pretty much anything and stay up with late night snacks.

I smiled a little and nodded. "Yeah." I said after hearing him say he hope so too. "You'll be lucky if you can fit into my so tight schedule." I said, smirking softly. "Uhm, usually," I started, not coming up with things. The only time he was ever with them was when he was with me, minus the occasions that he'd take them for the day and let me relax or something. "I dunno." I whispered softly, feeling bad for not even knowing.

I bit down lightly on my lip. Yeah, yet. "I can find a different job, I don't have to take this one." I said softly, not that I really wanted to be gone during the days, but I could if that's what we needed. Riley would be home, but then again, during the day would give them more time to figure anything out.
