i'm finding it's not easy to be perfect.
eye colour; greenish brown mixture
hair colour; dark brown
height; 5' 11"
other physical traits; Dark Mark on left forearm, with a faint x-shaped scar running across it.
clothing style; Travis is a very casual individual. He isn't much for the latest trends or what others want him to wear. He mostly is found in a sweater or a regular t-shirt and a pair of regular jeans. He usually doesn't go to many outings where he needs to dress up so to find him in dress robes is a very rare site. Usually his style comes off a little awkward to some people, which might make him seem some what innaproachable.
what i really meant to say[/font][/blockquote]
is that i'm sorry for the way i am.
good traits; Cheerful, kind – the sort of person who holds doors open for strangers all the time and helps little kids in the park fix their broken toys.
Determined (or possibly ‘stubborn’) – he tends to stick with a thing once he’s decided.
flaws; Indecisive-Once he thinks he's figured out a plan of action he tends to change it, thinking it's not exactly perfect. He'll stick with his first plan, he'll tend to try to perfect it to the last little detail.
Not so great about sticking in one place for too long, a nomad of sorts.
Tends to let females walk over him, he gets taken advantage of a lot.
habits; now has a tendency to blow up at the smallest of disturbances. He doesn't like loud noises.
runs his hands up and down the scar on his left arm
when he's thinking really hard his eyes go distant and he seems really menecing

and i can't go there.
place of birth; St. Mary's in Muggle London
date of birth; September 22
brief history; Raised by his mother in the muggle world, but always wanted to be more like his father – a pureblood who abandoned them, but about whom his mother still told glowing and affectionate stories. Travis sort of got the idea that if he made enough of a name for himself, his dad would show up some day and they could actually meet. So he was sorted into Slytherin and became a deatheater, despite the contradiction with his fairly compassionate nature. Even though he initially wanted to excel, he sort of changed his mind when he saw what he’d have to do in order to do that. For most of the war, Travis found ways to quietly not-quite-follow orders whenever he could, and make up for his guilty conscience when he couldn’t by doing things like volunteering in soup kitchens.
It was here that he met Arden, seemingly a muggle girl who was also volunteering. They got along perfectly well until she first saw him without a shirt on, went deathly pale at the sight of his Dark Mark, and fled the room – not a muggle girl after all. So Travis was left to engage in the first self-destructive of his life, slashing an ‘x’ across the Mark with a kitchen knife. Luckily, however, Arden came back the next day and they talked it over until she decided she could accept what he was, and he could to.
From this point on Travis also started smuggling very small bits of information to the Order, though of course the war was over within a few months, so luckily he never got caught. He also was never directly involved with the Order, so when his name came up years later on a list of suspected Death Eaters, there was no one to vouch that he was a good guy. A couple of aurors ambushed him one day while he was on his way home, and Travis fought back without thinking, not realizing what was going on. He may have even killed one of the aurors – it’s all a little fuzzy. He does remember hearing the killing curse, however, and very shortly afterward read his own obituary in a local paper. So he decided to continue laying low after that, and has spent the last two years wandering aimlessly around different parts of the world, never daring to go home again no matter how much he might miss it.
((Oh, and to clear up any confusion - no, he didn't get hit with the curse. The aurors just assumed he was dead... it was a very confused fight.))
