Short [Riley]

[Aimee Baker]

Sighing softly, Amiee piled down all of the robes onto the counter. She wasn't really mad she was just tired. Her family greew and the twins were getting bigger and bigger by the day. Isabella was growing taller to, and would probably be taller than Amiee.

She was glad that they weren't really short like her. It felt weird being this short, like right now. AMiee felt like she had to practically stand on her tip toes because the top of the counter ended right at the bottom of her chest.

Looking around as the counted up the cost, Amiee let out another breath.

[Riley Pearson]

"Daddy.. Do we have to go here?" Charlotte asked as we walked through the door of Madam Malkins Robes. It was just me, Ella and Lottie for right now. Riyann had been extremely tired when I got home today and even though I had to say that I was quite tired myself, I took the girl's out for a while so Riyann could have some peace and quiet.. and maybe a nap. Unfortunately, I was out running some errands, which was definately not something that the two of them wanted to do.

The bell rang as the door was pushed open to the shop and the thredd of us walked further inside, the door shutting with a muffled thump behind us. "Just for a few minutes, then I promise we'll go to the Quidditch store." I told her with a small nod and smile down to her. I was guessing they developed the liking of Quidditch from Riyann. Either her or all of Shelby's family.. then again, it was probably both of them. A few seconds later, I heard a crash from a few feet ahead. I lifted my head upwards, seeing a display of socks on the floor with Ariella near by. There was no doubt about it. She definately inherited my clumbiness. I bit my lip for a moment walking over to her. "You okay Ella?" I asked walking over to her with Charlotte near by. "I'm fine.. can't say the same for the socks though." She said, shaking her head a little bit as she looked up to me with a sheepish smile.

I had been so distracted that I didn't even see that Aimee was there as I let out a small chuckle and bent down to pick up the display and the socks that used to hold residence on it.

[Aimee Baker]

Amiee chuckled looking over at RIley. "You know I think that she might get that from you, Riley." Amiee said with a teaseing gleam. "You're clumsy enough."

[Riley Pearson]

I looked up hearing Aimee's voice and laughed a little. "Yeah, I think she might." I nodded with a small grin. "I am pretty clumbsy."

[Aimee Baker]

Amiee chuckled and nodded her head. "so how are things?" She asked him

[Riley Pearson]

"They're good." I said with a light smile to her, "Just.. tiring." I chuckled. "How about you? Everything good?"

[Aimee Baker]

"Know what you mean. William and Jesse are a handful. Isabella is pretty much okay, but those two..." She laughed shaking her head slightly. "But sides that things are wonderful." She grins. "Kaloris is wonderful, life is great. Not working has never been more fun."

[Riley Pearson]

"Understandable.. how old are they again?" I asked her, not being able to remember. "But that's great." I grinned with a small nod. "Ah.. not working.. lucky." I chuckled.

[Aimee Baker]

Amiee laughed, "You're their godfather! You should know this!" She said, "That it is. And yeah, gotta find ajob soon though. Just Kaloris working isn't going to do with things in little under a year." She says hinting at something.

[Riley Pearson]

"I know" I said with a small grin, laughing a little. "Sorry." I chuckled. "It isn't?" I asked looking over to her again. "Why not?"

[Aimee Baker]

"I think that something is going to happen in nine months," She says hoping that he will catch the hint.

[Riley Pearson]

I was silent for a moment and I raised my eyebrows toward her. "Really?" I asked grinning widely toward her. "That's so amazing." I said grinning, pulling her into a hug.

[Aimee Baker]

Amiee smiled hugging Riley back. "Don't tell anyone though. Havn't told Kaloris yet, so.." She chuckled. "Plus I'm not sure if I want another baby, so, it's kinda hard."

[Riley Pearson]

"My lips are sealed." I smiled with a small smile. "You are keeping it though, right?"

[Aimee Baker]

"Of course I am." Amiee nodded, "You ready to have a fourth god-child to forget the birthday and age of?" She teased. Amiee knew she shouldn't be saying any of this because she still wasn't sure. She had taken one test that came out postive and she had thrown up a few tiems. Yes she was late, but still. She didn't know for sure.

[Riley Pearson]

I laughed a little. "Sure, I'm ready.. maybe." I smiled. "Good thing there's more time."

[Aimee Baker]

"Least you have a maybe." She laughed softly. Amiee put her hands against her flat stomach lightly whithout relizing it. She wasn't sure what to think of knowing that she might be having another baby.

[Riley Pearson]

I laughed a little and shook my head. "What do you mean?" I asked watching her place a hand on her stomach lightly.

[Aimee Baker]

"Basically I feel like I'm 17 again and I'm terrified." Amiee chuckled softly.

[Riley Pearson]

"Aw" I laughed a little. "You shouldn't worry about it. You're a good mum.. You'll be good."

[Aimee Baker]

"It would be four kids Riley. Four." She laughed, "Do you think you can handle four kids?"

[Riley Pearson]

"Well, I dunno, I've babysat Shelby's kids before.." I said with a small shrug. "Four would be sort of difficult."

[Aimee Baker]

"Well I've never had four children before, so I'm sorta scared."

[Riley Pearson]

"You have me to help.. and your other friends." I said with a small shrug. "It's okay to be scared, but I bet that it won't be that much worse than three."

[Aimee Baker]

Amiee smiled slightly looking down for a few moments. "I really do love you Riley, you know that?" She asked. He was one of her best friends.

I laughed a little and nodded. "I really love you too." I chuckled.
