It had been a long time since she had thought about her father in depth. She was scared that in a few years she would lose even more of the few memories she still had of him. She had even fewer of her biological mother. Actually, she didn't think she could remember anything of her biological mother. It was terrible, but she had been so young when she had died. Kim wasn't often sad. But it had been hard after her father died. Her step-mother had gotten very depressed and Kim had had to grow up quickly so as to look after her younger siblings. Kim didn't blame her though, to lose your soulmate must be one of the hardest things in the world.
Kim sighed as she sat on the window ledge of the tower. She had found out in her second year the amount of people who had attempted suicide by jumping out of the exact same window. It had creeped her out at first, but then she got used to it. Kim had had to get used to a lot of things.
The stars were only just coming out and Kim was reminded of the stories her dad used to tell her about Neverland. It was silly, but she wished he was there now, looking down on her. As a Ravenclaw she was supposed to think rationally, and she did, just not about this. She didn't want to think rationally about this. That was probably her dad's side of viewing things.
She smiled slightly. On all the things she had forgotten, Bella had filled her in on. She was thankful for that.
Kim heard someone else on the stairs and turned around, careful to keep her balance on the ledge to see who it was. Hoping it wasn't a teacher to tell her to go to bed.

Small smile on her face, Mia crept around the corridor outside the Gryffindor common room. On her back, she had slung an old school backpack of Fabians, and inside it-...Well all with due time. Mia had a plan and the plan was a good plan, but this plan was a secret plan. Luaghing softly at her own thoughts, Mia let her head fall slightly. "Plan..." She chuckled under her breath. It was nights like this Mia knew that she should probably still be in bed, and just lay in bed until she knew it was safe to get out. It wasn't that she was having a bad time. Quiet the opposite. Her life was great at the moment. Sure her grades could come up a little, she could deal with her brother not being so gloomy. But she was feeling way to damn good. It wasn't normal that things were going this good.
Asa little girl having her father die, Mia had been used to things going wrong. Then when her mother had been 'killed', she was used to it. When her mother came back but very depressed and just a different person. Things didn't go as planned in life and Mia knew that very well. And things weren't all grins and giggles. She knew that even more so. So with a plan in her head, and that grin on her face Mia made her way over to the tower. If things weren't giong to get worse on their own she was going to make them worse. Your deranged. "Shut up.." She muttered to that voice, most likely her conscience. Walking up the stairs slowly, Mia moves the bag in front of her to look in and see if everything was there. The water balloons, the rope, her wand, the net. Yeah it was all there. With a grin Mia walked through the door and stopped dead. Someone was there.
Dropping the pack slightly shocked from not expecting anyone ot be up here also, Mia let out an agervated sound. All the water balloons had burst, every ounce of water soaking through into her shoes. "Jeeze.." Mia said holding her tounge. She knew that if she started to curse at school she would end up curseing at home and her mother would freak. That or she'd curse infront of Emily and Emiyl would start curseing which would make things worse for herself. She knew it. [/blockquote]

Kim gasped and her hands flew to her mouth quickly as she realised who it was, and what they had been planning to do by the sounds of the number of bursting water balloons. She grimaced knowing she had most likely just ruined one of her best friend's numourous pranks. Isa had told Kim a lot about her uncle Fabian, how he had been a pretty good prankster. Mia was a lot like her dad. Kim didn't think she was like hers at all, though Isa told her she had her moments.
"Sorry Mia." She said to the dark figure in the doorway, as she slid of the window sill to walk towards her. "Didn't know you would be planning to wreck havock tonight." She finished with a slight smirk.

Mia laughed softly and reached down picking up on of the broken balloons, running it through her fingers. The plastic was all streached out and wet on both sides. "And it's all your fault it didn't work." Mia said throwing the broken water balloon at Kim. Of course, Mia was only joking around with her. "Hope your happy!" She said dramatically, still only to joke. [/blockquote]

Kim faked a frown and stuck her tongue out at her cousin. "Pfft you're just bad at planning." She teased back, only joking of course. Mia was infact pretty good at planning things, as long as they were bound to cause trouble. She needent have dodged the wet piece of plastic, as it landed pathetically on the stone floor a few feet away from her. She laughed, shaking her head slightly. "Really Mia, your aim is horrible."

"No your aim is horrible!" Mia laughed softly, knowing that it made no sense whatsoever, as she walked over torwards Kim. "I'm never going to be able to play the violin again because of you." She says, knowing that her statement made no sense whatsoever yet again.
Sitting down next to Kim, Mia looked around the room and up at the sky. "I think I might move in with you," She nods her head.

Kim tried her best to hold in her laughter and simply raised her eyebrow in response. "Do you ever make sense?" She asked, still attempting to hold in the laughter that was threatening to split her sides if she held it in any longer. Unfortunately Mia's next comment destroyed all chances of holding in the laughter. "You're mental." She said through her laughter. As soon as she had calmed down and controlled herself once more she looked around and also nodded her head. "But it is pretty nice in here. You're going to have to pay half the rent though."
