what i really meant to say[/font][/blockquote]
is that i'm sorry for the way i am.
good traits; Loud and obnoxious, Jonathon tries perhaps a little too hard to distance himself from his upbringing and how a proper young pureblood should behave. He's optomistic and kind and loves to laugh, but can quickly turn from one emotion to the next at a moments notice. Brave and loyal, he's denied his families strong Slytherin roots and is every bit Gryffindor. He's determined to live every day to the fullest.
flaws; His main weakness is that he tends to wear his heart on his sleeve and rarely thinks things through before he acts. When he falls in love, he falls hard and it would take a lot for him to give up on it and the emotion makes him act like a complete idiot. He's 'hopeless' in the kind words of the eldest of his younger sisters, who's the only member of the family he still remains in contact with. He'd do anything for another human being...providing they're not a Slytherin. He can't stand Slytherins, besides his little sister. He knows this isn't fair, but he can't help loathing everything to do with the house and all it's associations.
habits; Jon has a habit of running his hand along his chin, almost in a thoughful way triyng. It's really the way he clears his mind in a sort or calms down. Like how some men loosen their ties or something. Jon will also crack his knuckles at any time he thinks his fingers feel to boney.

brief history; Growing up Jonathon loathed his family more than anything he has ever loathed before. And he's quite sure the feelings were mututal. Seeing as he was sorted into Gryffindor his parents didn't take to well to that.
But Rose, his younger sister, always stuck with him and for that he's greatful and loves her all the more for that. She had even tried to keep the family together when he had become very involved with the Order, but as much as she tried her efforts were fruitless. Jonathon had been disowned, but he didn't really care much about that fact.
Jonathon had been briefly engaged to a woman named Jennifer Wite years ago but it ended rather soon. Jennifer had said that she couldn't handle him being in the order an being gone so much. Jonathon later learned that she had left him for another man, who so happended to be his best friend. It hurt but now he could care less.
Rose is the only one from the family that even bothers to see that he's still alive. Jonathon knew in the early days their parents were not aware of this, but Jonathon understood that...Slightly at least.
When he had come back though from a long mission, the only reason was because there had been two 'deaths', and they had been close friends of Roses'. One was Jack Tucker, Rose's current husband. Feeling the need to try and fix her Jon hurried home dropping everything. He had her move in with him and cared for her much as he could.
It was only a matter of months before Jack came back, not really dead. He was badly hurt but nothing that couldn't be fixed. Rose quickly came out of the deep depression and Jon thought that it was safe for him to go about things as normal before.
This only brought about problems for Jon. He will forever have the following memory in his head.
The bright sun had changed colors and turned into the Dark Mark, flying across the sky. Snake slithering out of the skulls mouth, and narrowed eyes. Jon could feel the sense of fear in the pit of his stomach.
All of his friends had turned into horrified muggles, running around screaming in fear. But not just any type of fear; Fear for their lives.
And lastly, the woman with the chicken. That chicken that would cluck and make any sound it could at every given moment, had turned into a crying baby. Jon could finally tell where he was and how he had run into the woman.
Wand being lost, Jon knew the only option was to run and hide. But being the man he was he had brought as many people he could trying to hide, or help them escape, them as well. Jon knew that there was other order members around, so now he had to do his job and just help these people. Telling the muggles where to go and trying to reassure them of the order members abilities to protect them, he had finally gotten them into safety.
But just as there was three more people, woman with the baby included, to hide another death eater had appeared. The evil grin and wicked eyes, still etched on Jon’s mind. Thankfully an order member had gotten there in time to advert the death eaters attention, just in enough time to give Jon and the three people to get into a hiding place. Running would be fruitless at this point.
Crouched down behind brush, an elderly woman, a man around Jon’s age, and the woman with the baby hid in silence. He could hear the breeze in the air. Suddenly the baby start to stir a bit. Only a bit, but just enough to put Jon on edge. Narrowing his eyes at the woman he told her to shut the baby up. He wasn’t trying to be cruel in any way but Jon knew that because of that babies crying everyone's lives were in danger. Hearing footsteps get nearer and nearer, the babies crying got louder and louder.
Jon advised the other two to move further into the brush and find a new hiding place.
“Shut that Goddamned thing up!” Jon hissed at the woman, glaring daggers at her, then turning his head to peer through out the brush to see where the foot steps were coming from, Jon heard the crying stop just as suddenly as it had the whimpers had started. Glancing over at the two, Jon felt his heart instantly drop and his breathing stop.
The babies head hanging and the woman having silent tears flow down her face Jon realized what he had drove the woman to do.
She had smothered her own baby to death.
Seeping down into his own deep despression, Jon felt the guilt of that babys death. He couldn't look down at a child and not think of that night. Because of this, Jon stayed away from choldren period. He hated them. Jon swore on his life he would never go near another child again.
That was until Rose had a baby. Jon was torn between loving his niece and nephew or hateing them and not even looking at them because of past events. He's still yet to figure that out and Faith is two and Nathen is nine.
Recently though, Jon had recieved a letter from his ex-fiance Jennifer. It was a normal letter. Nothing to special. A hello, how are you, and another apology from her from what she ahd put him through. Jonhad been half tempted to just throw the letter away because he knew that she wasn't sorry, but then something caught his eyes. It said that she had a child, and it was his. Jonathon David Eden Jr.
Jon doens't even believe that the child is his, but Jennifer sent tests saying that it hadn't been the other mans and a picture of the little boy. She also wrote in the letter that James, the other man, had left her the moment he found out she was pregnant and now she was deathly ill and couldn't care for their son any longer. She had said that one of her friends was bringing the boy to him in a week. As of now, there were five days passed. Jon hasn't told anyone about the letter.
