clothing style;He typically wears button up shirts or he'll leave them undone with a white or grey t-shirt underneath. Jeans, or formal looking suit pants with either black or brown formal looking shoes as well. He has a silver chain around his neck with his and Selphia's wedding bands on it.

good traits;Alex is very honest tp everyone that he talks to nowadays. He also is the type that will just listen to you and give his advice whether you want it or not, which isn't always good. He's not as tempermental as his past keeping it to a minimum. Alex is very protective of his children and grandchildren actually all of his family even if they're still bitter towards him. He's probably one of the most warmhearted and caring men you'll meet.
flaws;Even if he tries to control it, his fiery Crescent temper will lash out usually yelling off things he doesn't mean and can't stop himself which results in him being distant and bitter for a short amount of time or until the person forgives him. Alex still keeps alot of things to himself, figuring that it doesn't matter much or he's just doesn't want someone to feel sympathy for him. Although he's honest as much as he can be, he's still a rather good lier, getting out of trouble with Briar or someone else if he goes out to the bar or spoils her children quite often.
habits;He tends to play with his hair, clicking his tongue against the roof of his mouth, and snaps his fingers when he gets bored or if there's nothing better to do. He tends to be thinking, developing a stone looking face that appears if something terrible had happened. Alex is also sarcastic still throwing in his witty comments whenever he can.

brief history; [I'm just gonna make this short. ;D ]
Alex as a child growing up was taught that muggleborns or his parents words, mudbloods were worthless and to never associate since they were of pureblood, but fell in love with a ravenclaw girl that was in his year named Selphia Amarial. The two fell in love and got married at the young age of 19. After having four daughters, Selphia was murdered by Alex due to her being a spy for the Order as he was a spy for the deatheaters, or so the story that everyone knows.
The story is false, but the real reason will stay with him under he dies. Fighting with the younger members of the family and being a puppet for the rest he grew tired of acting as someone he wasn't. Alex showed his real self to Hayley McMicken and Briar Holmes only at first.
Over time somehow, Briar and Alex fell in love but aren't married just dating as of now. The whole family especially Shelby are against this relationship, but the two of them don't care. His daughters and rest now accept them together as he has retreated from his deatheater ways five years before the war started. Now he lives peacefully with Briar and her children Molly, Dakota and Brendan.
