good traits; Bella doesn't have many 'good' traits but she is very loyal. No not to some goody Order or friends, but to her lord. Despite her apparent mental instability, she is a witch of prodigious ability, as demonstrated by all her victories in duels against others.
flaws; Bellatrix is often portrayed as looking slightly mad and, more than once, some have implied that she is paranoid, mentally unstable and fanatically devoted to Voldemort.
habits; Bella can never stay still, and as result she is either moving her foot or knee up and down in quick slight movements. Bella is also sometimes found twitching ever so slightly.

brief history; Bella grew up in the modle pure blood home, having her manners tought to her early in life. When entering school she had been sorted into Slytherin, naturally. Bella tended to be one of the quieter students, not really more dilligent, just quiet. She did excel in duleing though.
At a young age Bella had enlisted to be a death eater and beame almost obssesd with The Dark Lord wanting to do anything to please him.
Bellatrix married Rodolphus Lestrange a few years after leaving Hogwarts "because it was expected of her" to marry a pure-blood. However Bellatrix truly loved Voldemort.
Upon Voldmorts downfall, Bellatrix somehow evaded capture, but she wasn't that lucky with the suspicions. Bella has been living almost in a small fear with her husband.
