is that i'm sorry for the way i am.
good traits; Jessica has always been taught that everyone should be given second chances, and so she follows that and gives everyone a first chance and, well, she doesn't stop at second chances. She's very nice and friendly. She's very graceful, she's actually a dancer who wants to go professional.
flaws; Jessica tends to be a bit shy, though she's friendly. She doesn't often walk up to people and start a conversation, unless she knows them. Sometimes she tends to be a little bit overconfident and she pays for that by her brothers.
habits;When Jessica is bored she'll start to spin in circles, despite what else is going on. She'll bite her lower lip or let her hair fall in front of her face when she's nervous or embarressed.

brief history; Jessica was born on December 13th in a muggle hospital that her mum was and still works at. She was born the youngest, the only daugter, and the fourth child. After having three boys before her, her parents were quite happy to have a daughter, though she wasn't exactly mature.
Finger painting was her number one hobby, especially when it involved painting master pieces on her brothers when she had them frozen in place under a spell.
For a six year old she was quite talented with magic, and it was without a doubt that she'd be in Hogwarts as well as being quite gifted.
Though as she got older, Jessica didn't mess around with her brothers, or join in on a friendly game of quidditch they had with a few friends. Instead she would stay in her room and either draw or practice a new dance routine, sometimes she'd choreograph a dance for a new muggle song.
By they age of 8 it was apparent about what the girl wanted to do, though she still had years ahead of her. For the time being her mum put some money aside and had her signed up for dance school. She was the only child in the Williams family who was in school other than Hogwarts. She didn't much like the slower paced dances, but rather the fast, get up and go dances, such as hip hop where you could also make your own dance moves, have it make almost no sense at all, and it would make sense.
The dance school didn't only have dance classes to offer, she learned some of the muggle history, took a math class or two, a few english classes, music classes, and also art classes asides from dance and music studies. If dance wasn't her biggest hobby, it would have been drawing.
At eleven she had to be taken out of school and went off to Hogwarts, leaving her friends and her dance behind. It wasn't the greatest thing and she decided she wanted nothing to do with magic, though it changed at Hogwarts. It was a new world to what she was used to, and she was used to magic. Talking hats, floating candles, everything. She didn't know magic could be used this way, and so she'd be a witch during the school year and a dancer and artist durning breaks and summer, despite how hard it was because the family was low on money.
When she was 15 it was finally noticable on how broke the family really was, and without her parents noticing, she dropped from her private dance classes and instead got a job in the small muggle town she lived by.
15 came and went and she was helping out here and there with the money problems, instead of getting new books for her sixth year, she used her brothers old ones. Instead of getting new cloaks and robes, she used her brothers old ones. Parchment, though, had to be bought and so they got only the things she couldn't reuse.
