good traits;
He's an ok guy, he's actually really good at playing people. Not exactly a good trait but it comes in handy. He's his own person, even though he does take after his mom and dad he has a game of his own. He really could care less about house desgressions, he's more concerned about women. He's a great brother, he really cares about his sister.

He's a womanizer. He's never really felt any type of real feelings for another human being besides his sister. He can be extremely rude, he just doesn't want to get too close to anyone. He likes to think he's older than he really is.

brief history;Jasper was born a twin, the oldest of the two. His mom is Jess Pretear and his father is Rave Hurley. They were basically a one night stand thing that ended up with two kids. They tried to stay together but they couldn't. Since Rave really didn't have a family to speak of Jess' mom took care of the kids for a bit. she wasn't such a great mother either but still better than Jess. After they went to Hogwarts Jasper branched out from his sister and went the same path as the rest of his family.
