I sighed slightly, feeling a bit confused still. "I don't think I understand where you're going with this..."
"I, um.. If you really want to." I said, watching as she stood up off the couch she had just taken a seat on.

"Nothing, just forget it really. I was just saying it doesn't bother me that I can't have anymore. Really that was it love." I say with a faint nod before sighing. "I think I overstayed my welcome but thank you Nick." I add as I kiss him lightly on the lips.

"That's good then." I said with a faint nod. "I'm just concerned is all. The way you said it before." I shook my head faintly, waving it off a bit.
I kissed her back before replying, "I don't think you have.. but I can't keep you here, I guess.." I shrugged faintly. ".. Why're you thanking me?"

I smile at him weakly before fixing my ribbon back into place. "For caring about me love. It means the most to me that you still do after all this time." I say giving him a faint wink as I step outside.
