Cassandra looked around as she continued her daily shopping around Hogsmeade. It seemed like forever ago since she had last been her. As she carefully walked making sure she didn't bump into anyone as she let all the past memoried of her teen years flow back. She remembered coming here just glad to be out of the huge school, even if it was for a while.
She moved a strand of hair that had blown over her face, she quickly tucked it behind her ear and adjusted her shopping bags as she made a sharp turn and headed for Honeydukes. She opened the door and noticed that it wasn't filled with people like it would be during the summer. She smiled politely at the few people who had turned around to see who was coming in. She started to walk again this time she headed toward any chocolate candies she knew her children would like. She of course knew that they didn't get her dislike of chocolate from her since she still hated it.
She over looked the licorice wands and looked at the many boxed of chocolate frogs and other chocolate treats Dominic and Melissa simply loved to gorge themselves on.

Shell was in Honeydukes already, glancing around the place for anything that would be considered normal candy her eyes. Acid Pops, Cockroach Clusters and Pumpkin Pastries. "Why can't they have snickers or starbursts?" she asks herself as Vi looks up at her with a confused face. "What are those?'' she asks her shaking her head. "I want some Jelly Slugs." Shell makes a grimace, and looks over to the door noticing Andra. "Hey you!" she calls waving a bit at her with a grin on her face.

She frowned upon what seemed the endless amount of chocolate frogs and started walking towards the counter to pay for the boxes of chocolate frogs she was going to buy for Melissa and Dominic. She seen a couple of people that looked familiar but didn't pay much attention and continued her some what long walk to the cashier. Only did she turn around when she was sure they were calling out to her. It had been so long since she seen anyone from here, she hoped if they were someone she knew she would remember them quick.
"Hey!"She smiled as she waved back to Shell.

Shell grins ear to ear, walking over to Andra and hugging her lightly. "I haven't seen you in a while. How are you?" she asks just laughing for no real reason other than she missed her one of two of her bestest friends. "Hi Aunt Andra. Do you think Mel and Dominic can come over and play one day?" she asks with a grin similiar to Shelby's as she was nearly a spilt image of her from head to toe, even the few little freckles on her cheeks were the same.

She smiled and laughed lightly as she hugged her long time friend back. It had seemed like forever ago she had last seen the Chou family."I've been good, I met my real parents and I have two sister and a brother. And I guess you found out about Dominic."She sighed happily.
"Besides that I'm great how about you? I haven't seen you in forever."She says before turning her attention to Violet.
"Hello, Vi sure they can. I'm sure they'll be delighted to come over and play with you. Just tell me what day you want them to visit and well come over."She smiled at her.

Shell nods, just looking at the boy. He looked like Nathaniel to the dot. Dark hair and dark eyes. She just hoped it wasn't an exact replicia. "So, that's always fun. I found out a had a younger brother years ago. It was really werid at first but now it's as if we grew up together." she says with a smile. Vi beams lightly and nods at Andra, taking Shell's hand in the process.

She smiled at them as she began to wonder, why they haven't seen each other for so long. Any current events with Shell's family was either long forgotten or she just didn't receive the news. She guessed it was better that way. Ever since her sister tried to make them kill each other, they sort of drifted apart and the same drifting apart had happened with Briar. She feel a small hand brush her and smiles at her son. He must of walked off since he had a variety of chocolates in hand.
She knew sort of how much Shelby hated Nathaniel, she still remembered that day he practically shoved her out of the astronomy room and to top it off he had given her detention. Some how writing with the blood quill and writing 'I hate Shelby.' like a hundred times wasn't enough punishment. She had to clean the greenhouses every single day. She was not going to let anyone know, she had fallen for him and hard even if he was Shelby's enemy. What's the worst that could happen, who was to know that their budding 'friendship' would of turned out like this. Sp what if he caused her as much pain as he thought was necessary. So what.
She shook her head slightly like if she was waking up from a trance. All those thoughts running through her mind, all those thoughts she would have to keep a secret."Dominic, you have enough candy there?"She asked him playfully as he looked at her and grinned but at least went to put a couple of his chocolate treats away quickly coming back,only to hide behind her fully aware of the people standing in front of him.
"Really that's amazing, I'm glad to know I wasn't the only one to have a brother now."She laughed as she moved a lock of her hair out of her face.

Shell smiles down at him, laughing at how much candy was compiled into his hands as he hid behind Andra. "There's never a such thing as too much candy Andra. You should know that." she says with a wink before feeling Vi shift slightly back and forth on her heels. "Oh fine, go get something. One little thing." she says calling after her daughter as she already dropped Shell's hand and ran off to the pumpkin pastries. "I think little kids are programmed to be addicted to sugar, what do you think?" she asks glancing up at Andra with a grin. |

She bit her lip softly as she looked at Dominic peeking at them sometimes. She couldn't help but feel responsible for how he was acting. Unlike his father, Dominic was rather shy and quiet around people he didn't really know. It was weird but she had thought he would at least remember Shelby and her family, since he was sort of apart of it now.
"Dominic don't be rude, say hello to your aunt Shell and Violet."She said softly to him as she bent to his level and talked to him, but she simply shook his head and laughed and stood straight up again.
"Oh, that's right I forgot about that."She smiled at her laughing but raised an eyebrow as she let Vi get one little things."Oh, come on now Shell, let Vi live a little."She nodded to her next question as well.
"Yeah it sure seems that way, but I don't see why chocolate had to be my kids favorite."
