[Kaloris Baker]

The grounds, a perfect place to meet someone. Not exactly conventional but an ideal place to help keep ones cool. Kaloris was definately going to need that to stay in the back of his mind after today. Kaloris was never one to really get mad, he usually just ended up shrugging most things off. Probably the only things in his life that had upset him more than this was when his parents were murdered and then finding out his best friend/love of his life did it. It wasn't Amiee, no...Ebony. Then finding out that she had a kid, and it was his. Not even Amiee cheeting on him with Jack was this bad. Of course it tied into why he was mad but he considered this worse than just sleeping around. He'd been doing the same thing lately.

Jack Clark...they guy that his wife was in love with, and had cheated on him with numerous times was now the father of what was believed to be Kaloris' youngest kid. Amiee didn't know that he found out. He knew if he told her she would try to convince him other wise. He wasn't going to let that happen, if this baby was really Jack's then he was going to take responsibility. He had written Jack earlier in the day, doubted he'd even show, they rarely talked anyway. The note simply read,

Jack,

Meet me at Hogwarts, school grounds around two or so. We need to talk.

Kaloris

Short and sweet and nothing to say that Kaloris knew anything. He was going to confront him either way, some day but there was no point in holding off what he could wrap up now.

[/i] He thought and asked himself as he began and read the letter bound tightly.

Any way Jack wasn't busy much on this particular Friday afternoon, just an evening class he had to lecture. But that wasn't until eight that night and it was only about two thirty in the after noon. And as Jack had only just really had a daughter with Amiee he thought best to go see what the 'boy' wanted of him.

Strolling across the grass plans of hogwarts jack watched as Kaloris was walking up and down with intent next to a tree, the leaves swaying from it finally being ripped by the cold icy winds. "What did you want?" Jack asked Kaloris as he approached his hands placed abruptly into the bikers jacket he was wearing with this old grubby black skinny jeans. "I don't really understand what you want Kaloris? I mean we never really talk." Jack stated standing there his eye brows narrowed down to the boy.[/ul][/size]

Kaloris was a bit startled when Jack said something to him, he hadn't seen him walk up. He slowly turned around, willing himself not to jump at him. Of course it probably wouldn't do any good, Kaloris really had no will to fight him. He just wanted to give a warning."No, we don't talk. I think we both know there is a good reason for that." He said, grinding his teeth together. "You do talk to Amiee though...."he sighed...this was probably going to be harder than he thought it would be.


"I know about you and Amiee...and that her latest bun in the oven isn't mine, it's yours."

[/b] He asked. Jack was a bit disapointed he thought maybe it would of had some sort of meaning but it was only about the girl that ripped his heart out ten times over. And Jack didn't really much care to talk anout her. But his daughter, he would talk about. "Yes I talk to Amiee. And visit her now and again, but whats the problem with that? Your not together any more are you?" Jack asked him. The last time Amiee and Jack had a proper conversation she told Jack they weren't together but then she also told Jack that Grace-Lynn was his.

"Know what exactly?" Jack asked again, the conversation turning into a relay of questions and answers.[/ul][/size]

"No, it's not all about Amiee! It's the fact that Grace-Lynn isn't mine! She told me that she was mine and then I just happen to find out from one of the doctors that she isn't! That's why I brought you here. I know you're the father!" He wasn't sure if Jack knew this but it was something kaloris had to wrap up for himself.

Kaloris had never been a strong man and was usually quick to cry if something really upset him. And this was definately something to upset him...he of course loved her like she was his own but it was a hard blow. Yes, he had cheated on Amiee with Ebony. He had to live with that every day. It wasn't something that he regreted though, he got Rosaline out of it. Amiee had felt the same way, but at least he hadn't lied about it.

He really couldn't blame Jack for taking his chance with Amiee, she was a gorgeous woman. The thing that probably hurt the most was the fact that she had lied about and he had to find out from a doctor. "No...we aren't together...but we're still married!" He had to admit on some level he still wanted to be with her. But that wasn't going to happen any time soon.

[/b] He trailed off, it was a pretty strange reason for bringing a man to the grounds of there old school. Jack of cause knew that Grace-Lynn was his but with him cheating on Bella with Shelby around that time as well made things even more difficult. Not that Jack regretted any thing at all. He never regretted sex, or any of his children even if three of them weren't planned.

Standing on the tilt for a bit Jack added. "But of cause I knew she was mine Amiee told me as soon as she fell pregnanut I thought thats why you to split?" It was all a little bit confusing for Jack he thought things were slightly different to what they actually were. "And If you aren't together any more what does it matter to you?" Jack finally snarled.[/ul][/size]

Kaloris really didn't understand how exactly Jack could be so calm. Then again things effected Kaloris more so than it did Jack. It was rather irritating. Of course Amiee told him, she would do that much. The thing that was now upsetting him was the fact that Jack had known, Kaloris hadn't he had been told the child was his. "I didn't know that! We split because of me! I told her that I had another kid! She failed to tell me that this kid was yours though." He wondered why Amiee hadn't told him the truth. He wouldn't be so mad, especially considering that he had done the same thing with Ebony.

He couldn't get mad over something that he had done himself,"I don't know what she had told you, but I had no clue. It matters because I thought she was mine! I want to make sure you're going to take care of her. I'm not going to let Amiee or Grace-Lynn be hurt by you. I'm more concerned about Grace-Lynn though. You should know that Amiee had gotten into drugs not too far back and I don't want Grace-Lynn to be introduced to that." He told him calmly.

[/b] Jack thought he was being a bit dumb at this point why would Amiee tell him that she had another kid with another man if that man had done the same thing to her, she was probably scared. "Amiee was probably scared, and didn't want to be like you? And the fact that the baby was with me probably made things worse. Remember when you accused Isabella of being mine?" Jack reminded him. Jack had been there for Amiee then and would is there for her now.

Jack widened his eyes to Kaloris, no one had ever talked or would ever talk to Jack like that. "Don't you dare tell me what to do Kaloris. Your young and stupid, I have got four other kids and i'm pretty sure I can look after another. As far as Amiees concerned I shall look after her as well with Isabella and her other children to. Making sure there cared for and have enough money to get by. As I'm sure you'll being going off to live with your darling Ebony and other child." Jack snarled at him kicking his head bacvk so his long-ish fringe fell back from his eyes..[/ul][/size]

"She was just being stupid. If she told me the truth I wouldn't have even been pissed. Well Isabella isn't yours so it doesn't matter. She could have at least said that baby was someone else's. I wouldn't have cared, but to be perfectly honest from what I know of you, you are just as bad as me when it comes to being permiscuous." He gave Jack a slight smirk,"And plus I didn't even know I had a kid with Ebony, something she kept hidden from me for a long time."

Jack was really beginning to get on his nerves, he wasn't that young and he had been through more than most of the people his age. "I can tell you whatever I want to. Now whether you choose to follow what I say is entirely up to you." Kaloris stood straight up, at least he was tall that was something he did have over most people,"Isabella is not going to be left in your care. I will make sure of that. She is old enough to make her own decisions and she can decide who she's going to stay with. You are not her father and you will never be. And if I decided to stay with Ebony then that's my decision! It really is not your concern, so I would suggest just looking after yourself and your own kids." Kaloris was not going to let him take his daughter though...that was one thing that he would never give up.

[/b] Jack asked him. It was a mistery why Kaloris would think Jack was anything like him? It wasn't like they even talked much at all. "Just admit it Kaloris I'm a better father. To my child and to others. I look after any one I know who needs help thats the difference between me and you I don't walk away from problems I run into them" Jack told her a small smile running onto his lips as he turned and started to walk away.[/ul][/size]

"So what? You tend to take care of other people's problems so you don't have to face your own. Tell me Jack, how many children do you have? How many of them did you get by cheating?" He knew that Jack used to get around in highschool, he was known around school for it. He never really had a problem with Jack until this whole Amiee thing came to the scene. Kaloris laughed,"You? A better father? You're joking right? I take care of all of my kids! I even take care of yours from time to time,"he said refering to Grace-Lynn.

"That's right...walk away. Another problem that you can't fix so you walk away and find someone else's to worry about."This was far from over, and Jack had called him immature.

[/b] Jack smiled at him, it was more of an evil snear than any thing else. "Only one Child and thats Grace not that I mind at all me and Amiee have wanted a child together for qutie some time. And now we finally have one, things will be a lot better" jack smirked to him, mocking him in a small way. "I don't have any problems. And I don't have time for little children like your self. I promised to take the kids out for tea, so I better go smarten them up as it's an exspensive dinner for about twenty five." Jack smirked again crossing his arms waiting for Kaloris'es responce, there wasn't much that cracked Jack so what ever fell from Kaloris'es lips next should entertain him.[/ul][/size]

"I never said you didn't look after your kids. I merely said that you are a man whore of sorts. You just don't get paid for what you do." he said rather calmly, considering on the inside he was tearing apart. It's true, Jack had more money than him and a decently stabled life...something Kaloris probably would never know himself.

'Me and Amiee have wanted a child together for quite some time...' those words kept echoing in Kaloris' head. What exactly was that supposed to mean? That she had wanted it from the start? It made him question his whole being in her life. If she hadn't ended up pregnant, would they still be together? This bugged him, down to his very last being. Was his whole life wasted on a girl who never really wanted him? Kaloris really didn't want to go to that part of his life again, he kept reminding himself that he had basically done the same thing. He had always been in love with Ebony, simple as that. Not even the love he felt for Aimee could top that. He did feel a little guilty but the anger he had towards Jack and Aimee ereased most of it.

"You really think it's you that matters here? I figure if you love Aimee so much you can have her. I don't want a whore for a wife anyway."

[/b] He asked whispering at his face before looking straight into his eyes and throwing his right fist into his face. Jack pulled his fist back and looked at his knuckles. 'Blood.' He thought shaking the tingerling feeling from them.

"Let that be a warning," jack spat at him taking a step back watching the boy stand from his knees.

Kaloris really hadn't seen that one coming at the time, he knew it would inevitably happen, but he wasn't expecting it then. The punch had thrown him off guard and onto his knees. That was probably the first punch he'd ever even recieved...what the hell? It really wasn't that bad, it felt good in some sense...maybe it helped him let off some hidden anger that was now in his body. He reached up and touched his nose, there was a tingling sensation going on there. He pulled his fingers away, it was bleeding...and by the feel of it it might be broken as well.

Kaloris laughed and stood up, wiping away some of the blood that was falling over his mouth. He smiled at Jack,"I married her then because she wasn't such a silly little whore." he said calmly before he stepped closer to Jack punching him back.

The feel of the flesh against his hand definately on some level made him feel a whole lot better. Satisfied, as if all his pent up frustrations had gone through his body and out through his fist. Jack didn't scare Kaloris, he knew he probably should...but there were worse things in life than silly old Jackie boy.

[/b] He smirked at theb oy, for a little one he did have a good punch but they still weren't as good as Jack's. When he said about Amiee being a Whore Jack chuckled under his breath. "I could say the same about you. What about your darling Ebony?" Jack smirked feeling quite pround of how quickly he had come up with that one. "And any way. Why are you here trying to fight me? Shouldn't you be going and fucking you druggie?" Jack asked him. Knowing that he did drugs and so probably did Ebony, 'Aww two little crack pots fucking up there lives. Makes me wanna smile. And he did, a small smile appearing onto his lips. Ready to move for any surprizes Kaloris had in sort for Jack.[/ul][/size]
