I just dropped off the divorce papers. Well, techically, I dropped them off at the post office and mailed them to the lawyer. But same difference really. I was still getting used to the fact that we were over and it was really weird to think of myself as single.. or well, nearly single.
I shoved my hands in my pockets as I walked, just thinking about everything. I was pretty well positive that I still liked Arden. It'd been quite a while since I first really thought that I did and that feeling hadn't gone away yet, so maybe it wasn't going to. I still felt guilty about it though.. Shouldn't I be depressed and wallowing in the fact that I was divorced? That I just left the one woman I've been in love with for over ten overs? Yeah, I was still depressed, but I don't feel like I should be allowed to like anybody. It just didn't seem right.
I bumped into someone as I was walking, since I wasn't paying attention and shifted my attention to them.
"Sorry." I said sort of quickly, looking over to who I ran into.

Cam was just wandering around Hogsmeade with her daughter Robin and neice Dillion, as she wanted yet more sweets and drinks although Cam really didn't have the money to get alot but they always managed to scrape by. As they were walking Robin and Dillion had run off into the distance but Cam knew no harm would come to them but she walked a bit quicker anyway not paying any attention to what she was doing, she bumped into someone hearing them say sorry "Sorry, it's my fault" She said looking up to recognise the face staring back at her. She hadn't seen Riley since the day he took her in when she had no where to go, she had left by the time he woke up and had avoided him since.

I saw who I ran into and smiled lightly to her. "Hey." I said slghtly offhandedly. I wasn't expecting to be seeing her. "And I'm still thinking it was mine." I said witha small chuckle. I hadn't seen her for quite a while. By the time I woke up that morning she had already left and after that I hadn't seen her again.
A lot had changed since I last saw her. The main thing being that I was now basically divorced and well, I was divorced. There wasn't much else than that. Except that my wife.. ex-wife, was also in Azkaban. And I also didn't have a sister anymore because of her. So maybe it was more than just a divorce. Really this whole month hadn't been very pleasent at all.

Cam's cheeks turned a little red "No it's mine, I should have slowed down and looked where I was going" She shrugged , "I'm sorry I left so early and didn't say bye, I felt really bad " Cam looked down as she said this she felt really guilty about that day, but she looked up again and probably looked really shifty but she was just looking for Robin and Dillion.

"I could say the same thing." I said with a small shrug and smile to her. "That's alright. Just figured you had to be somewhere." I told her, shaking my head slgihtly, "Don't worry about it."
She looked liked she was pre-occupied a bit, I was slightly wondering why. "You alright?" I asked curiously.

Cam looked at him "No, I didn't have to be anywhere, I just felt bad..." Cam heard his next comment "Yeah, umm one sec. Robin! Dillion! Come back please!" Cam smiled as she saw the kids running back towards her "I'm fine now yeah" She laughed a little.

"Oh.. well, it's still alright." I told her with a small shrug. It really wasn't that big of a deal. She called for her kids and I laughed alittl when I saw them come running. "Ah, okay.. They get away from you?" I asked her curiosuly, smiling a litle bit. " Lucky they come back when you call them.. I don't think my girls would dothat."

Cam laughed "No they wouldn't have gone that far if I hadn't have bumped into you, and only one of them is mine, the other is Jacks" She shrugged and felt a tugging on her trousers "Mummy, who's that?" Robin asked her.

"Oh." I said with a small chuckle and nodded slightly, "Sorry about that then." I added with a smile, then hearing her daughter ask who I was and chuckled a little bit.
I smiled and crouched down, so I was eyelevel with her. "I'm Riley." I told her with a small smile. "What's your name, cutie?" I asked her, hoping i wasn't going to scare her or anything.

Cam smiled and watched Riley talk to Robin who's pretty much just stood and stared at him for about five minutes then looking up to Cam who smiled and nodded "I'm Robin Harmony Adams, nice to meet you Riley" She said offering him her hand.

Cam smiled Robin was cute when she wanted to be "Mum, can Riley come and get sweets with us?" Cam laughed "Ask him yourself" Robin looked at Riley with expectant eyes.

I laughed a little and nodded, "I would love to." I said with another small nod and smile to her. I stood up and smiled toward Cam again, before shaking some hair from my face. I guess it would be alright if I was out a bit longer than expected.

Cam smiled, Robin grabbed Rileys hand and started pulling him towards the shop talking about random things which probably made no sense while Cam was dragged by Dillion. They reached the shop "Right you two go in and find one thing each and don't forget everyone else, sorry about this Riley you didn't have to come you know" She said the last part after the kids had gone into the shop.

I laughed a little, letting Robn grab my hand and grag me toward the store. Commenting on the things she was saying and smiling to her.
I smiled and looked over to Cameron, shaking my head a little bit. "That's alright, I don't mind.." I said nodding a little bit, watching where the kids went just out of habit since I was so used to watching mine. "No need to be sorry."
I sort of wondered if she's noticed that I wasn't wearing my wedding ring anymore. I didn't really notice it myselfe anymore, in fact, I'm nt even eactly positive where it is. For all I know, Riyann has it somewhere.

"Thanks.." I said quietly, with a small smile walking inside first and then waiting for her to come inside. "Oh.. um.. Just sending out some mail." I said with a small nod, looking over to her. Those oh so lovely divorce papers.. can't really go back now.

"Well you lasted longer than I did, but i think mine might have ended for different reasons rather than it just didn't work out" She shugged, she never really talked about her past to anyone

I nodded a little bit, "I understand.. You don't have to say anything.. but if you feel the need to. You know where to find me... actually you don't, but I can tell you where." I said with a softly chuckle, smiling faintly to her.
Robin came over asking for multiple things and when Cameron said no, I watched Robin's face fall. I bit my lip a little bit, "Um.. how about I help out a bit?" I asked with a small smile. ".. That is, if it's alright with your mum, you having all those sweets.."

Robin's face lit up "Please mummy!It would be really great" Cam looked from Robin to Riley and back to Robin again, and Dillion who had just joined her in the puppy dog eyes look "It's up to Riley, I can't say I want him to but it looks like you guys will get your way either way" Cam sighed
