Some extra packing;; Olivia

[Riley Pearson]

I left the girls at my parent's house again. If we weren't going to live here I thought it would at least be a good idea to pack up a bit more of our things, or at least make sure it doesn't get completely run down.. or broken into for that matter.
I was in the girl's room the majority of the time I was there. They asked me to gather a few things for them, so I thought I should do it first so I didn't forget. I wasn't really on their good side right now, so I guess I should at least try to be?
I sighed and closed one of the cardboard boxes that I had just packed with some of the girl's things in them. I took another glance around the room now, wondering what else there was or if I was missing something.

"I think this is right." Liv says looking at the address that she had found out from one of the deatheater spies. She smirks a little as she walked up to the door of the Pearson home. The last time she even seen him was when he was telling her that he was busy doing something with Riyann or Arden and she said it was fine, even though it wasn't but she wanted her friend to be happy, after all she did love him.

She knocks on the door lightly and instantly starts tapping her foot. For some reason she was expecting some kid or his wife to answer the door instead of himself. Liv heard that he did get married to Riyann after all. "She probably doesn't even realize how lucky she is." she says with a sigh as she knocked on the door again, impatiently.

I heard a knock on the door, which I found pretty weird, mainly because we weren't living there right now. But nevertheless, my curiousity got the best of me and I left the girl's room making my way to the front door. I opened it up and mentally cursed myself for the fact that I answered it. First of all, opening the door probably wasn't the smartest thing to do and second, I just didn't think I had the mental capability to talk to her right now. But it was too late now.
I was sure I probably froze a bit when I saw her there, but after a moment, I shook my head very faintly and snapped out of it. "Liv.." I said raising my eyebrows faintly, "Um, hi."

"Miss me?" she asks in a cheerful tone before letting her smile fall and rolled her eyes before walking into the house. Sitting down the couch she crosses her legs before looking over at Riley. "Never thought you'd seen me again or did your mind slip into the couple of times when we were more than friends? I must say that time we snuck up to the astronomy tower is memorable."

"I, um.." I started, slightly speechless still as she walks past me and into the house. I didn't bother to finish that sentance because she's seemed to beat me to it and started another one herself instead. I sighed faintly and shut the door now that she was in the house, no use leaving it open now.
I shrugged and walked over closer to where she was sitting on the couch, but still keeping my distance from her. I didn't want to be rude, but I wasn't so sure how close I should actually get to her. I didn't even know how she knew where I lived.

"Um.. bit of both." I said nodding a little bit, biting my lip for a moment. I had to admit that I was thankful that I left the girls are my parent's house. Or well, that they didn't want to come with me and would rather stay there doing who knows what. She mentioned the time in the astronomy tower and I rubbed the back of my neck faintly. I had to admit that, that was pretty memorable, but I wasn't really planning on commenting on it.

"What brings you here then?" I asked her curiously, slightly wondering why she would just turn up after so many years.

She smiles lightly before standing up and walking closer to him but keeping a slight distance between them still. "Just wanted to visit you love, unless that's too much to ask of you. I know you must have a family now with Rachel? Roslyn? I can't remember." she lies with a shrug before walking around so she could face his back. "No comment of the tower? I'm shocked and hurt Riley." she says with a faint laugh as she traced a finger down his spine.

"It's Riyann." I said, nodding faintly, after she made a couple wrong attempts at her name. This was going to be interesting. She apparently didn't notice the fact that I wasn't wearing my wedding ring anymore and I was hoping that maybe it would stay that way. But knowing my luck it probably wouldn't.

She walked around me and hearing her comment sighed slightly, "What's there to say about it?" I asked, glancing breifly behind me for a moment, before she traced a finger down my spine. I wasn't really expecting it and felt a faint shiver run inwardly through my body. Really, if anybody did that to me it was probably going to happen, it's just how I reacted to things like that.

"That's right. Silly me." she says with a smile as she walked back around and kissed his cheek. "So no family then?" Liv asks tilting her head to the side, feeling her brown locks fall partially into her face. Taking his hands she was expecting a wedding band but felf nothing. "So, you're not married anymore. Pity." she says with a slight added 'tut tut' noise.

"Well seeing as you're a free bird, do you still think of that? After all, we made sure Professor Chou was gone before sneaking up there. She's your cousin or aunt or something right?" she asks before simply smiling back at him. If it wasn't obvious she still had a soft spot was in love with him still and this was all in her plan to seduce him.

"No.. I have three kids." I said shaking my head faintly when she asked if I didn't have family right after kissing my cheek. "And technically I am.. divorce isn't final yet." I told her, knowing she was going to find out eventually anyway, so why not just come right out and say it now? Maybe it was less painful, maybe not, but it was too late to take it back now, even if i wanted.

"I honestly haven't thought of it in years." I told her. And it was true, I really hadn't, least not until she decided to show up at my door.
"Yeah.. I remember.. and she's my cousin." I confirmied with a faint nod to her, wondering what she was trying to pull right now.

"That's good then, names?" she asks with a tilt her head again before sighing lightly. "Aw, so the waters not settled then? I'm sorry hun." she says with a frown before kissing the other cheek.

"Now that's disappointing. You know it runs through my mind quite often still. That and the night in the leaky cauldron." she says with a wink. "Couldn't but wonder about maybe if it happened again Riley." Liv smirks at him before wrapping her arms around his neck.

I glanced to the floor for a moment when she asked abput their names. "Ariella, Charlotte and Justin." I said with a faint nod, "And not so much, no.." I said with a faint shrug as she kissed my other cheek.

I shook my head a little bit, "If what happend again, Liv?" I asked her as she wrapped her arms around my neck.

Liv nods lightly, moving her weight again to each foot before frowning a bit. "Not liking the kisses Ri? Then what if what happened in the tower or the leaky cauldron happened again? You need to releve some stress from your divorce, I know you still very well." she says softly moving closer to him with a grin.

I wasn't sure how to handle this. I wasn't sure how to handle her. But she was here, so I guess I was going to have to figure it out. Maybe I should just give her what she wants so she'll leave me alone? Or would that make her cling even more to me?
"I'm not sure that's the best idea, Liv." I said as she took a step closer to me and I took a faint step back from her.

"Riley, Riley, Riley. You know those times were fun love." she whispers softly before taking another step forward and kissing him softly on the neck before kissing his cheek. "And I know you have to be thinking of them. Why not loosen up a little and have some fun?" Liv says with a grin on her face as they walked until they both fell onto the couch; her practically straddling his waist now.

Seriously, how many guys do you know that would actually pass this oppurtunity up? I was still trying to say no to her, but knowing her she wasn't planning on giving up, so maybe I should just get this over with? She kissed the side of my neck as I thinking and I tilted my head very faintly because of it, not really on purpose, it just sort of happend.
The next thing I knew she basically walked me over to the couch and was practically straddling my waist, which basically just made me nervous and flustered and I would've rathered she didn't do that.
Myabe I was more of a pushover than I thought I was.

She looked into his eyes and bites her lip lightly. "Riley, please love. What we had was wonderful and you still just thought of me as your friend." Liv says softly trying a different strategy instead, one called guilt. "Always cared for your happiness and your well being and you only came to me when you were in pain and needed a stress reliever. This time I need the relieving." she says almost in a whisper before kissing him softly on the lips.

That's nice of her. Lay on the guilt and the things that I would really rather just not remember. I don't know what I was thinking when I went to her those couple of times and she was asking that I helped her. I really was wondering if she was ever going to give up, because honestly she was starting to wear me down.

She kissed me softly a moment later and I did kiss her faintly back for a second or two, once again, not really on purpose.
"Can't I help by just talking to you about?" I asked a moment after I pulled away.

Liv sighs lightly, putting a hand through her waves. "Riley it's not that kind of problem." she says with a sigh even though that was a partial lie but she wasn't discussing what was bothering her. "We never just talked about why you were in pain Riley and I'm not planning on talking about mine." she says softly before leaning her head on his chest. Maybe this was going to be harder than Liv thought.

I stayed quiet for another moment, sighing slightly. She had a point, I never told her what was wrong, so why would she want to tell me now?
She leaned her head on my chest a moment later and I closed my eyes for a second, trying to think. "I'm not going to get chased down by an extremely large boyfriend or something if we do this am I?" I asked after a few more moments, slightly wishing I didn't say it as soon as it came out of my mouth. I didn't want to sleep with her but that sort of sounded like I was saying yes.

Liv laughs slightly before kissing the crook of his neck lightly. She knew she missed their time together, but she didn't realze that she missed it this much. "No extremely large boyfriend Riley." she says with a smile before leaning her head back so she could smile up at him again letting out a silent sigh. "So is that a yes then love?"

Was it a yes? I wasn't really sure.. Not only did I sort of still have feelings for Riyann, but I was definately sure I had feelings for Arden and well, honestly, I didn't want them to know about this at any cost.
"If you promise me that you won't tell anyone." I told her eventually, looking back at her when she lifted he head to look at me.

"You have my word Riley Pearson." she says softly before kissing him softly on the lips. Looking up at him she smiles before kissing his neck with light butterfly kisses.

"I really mean it, Liv." I said again, feeling her start to kiss to neck now. "No one."
