"That or we could get a cat," I grin.

[Ian Hunt]

"You've been talking about getting a cat for ten years, Maddie," I grin.

[Madeline Speare]

"Exactly, I think it's about time we get a cat."

[Ian Hunt]

"Well get a cat then, I'm not stopping you," I laugh.

[Madeline Speare]

"No way, after ten years now is when you give in?"

[Ian Hunt]

"I've never tried to stop you," I shake my head, "You've always been free to get a cat. Although, cats are really annoying. As are other animals and often small children. But there are enough small children around that a cat won't make much difference."

[Madeline Speare]

"We've been around small children for what, ten years? You've gotten use to them, and besides the only reason we didn't get a cat was because of Alex."

[Ian Hunt]

"Yeah, about ten years," I agree, "But I wouldn't say used to them. Getting there. Was it? Why? What did we think Alex would do to a cat?"

[Madeline Speare]

"Well you'll get use to Abby then," I laugh softly,"Lord knows she's different then any other baby we've had. We couldn't get a cat because Alex would fix someway to get eaten by it,"

[Ian Hunt]

"Mute by choice, definitely differemt," I grin slightly, "Well, now, I don't think he'd get eaten by a cat, so feel free."

[Madeline Speare]

"I miss the babbles," I grin, glancingat Abby, who's squriming to be put down,"Okay, okay,"I say, setting her down, and pushing her hair back off her forehead. "Well, Abby could get eaten though."

[Ian Hunt]

"I don't miss the babbles at all," I laugh slightly, then roll my eyes slightly, "Well, don't get a cat then. It's up to you."

[Madeline Speare]

"I don't want my daughter to get eaten, thank you. Beside, Alex may try to paint it,"

[Ian Hunt]

"As I said, it's up to you. Why would Alex try and paint a cat?"

[Madeline Speare]

"He's Alex. Why wouldn't he paint a cat?"

[Ian Hunt]

"Fair enough..."

[Madeline Speare]

I laugh softly,"I think I can wait another few years until Abby starts school to get a cat."

[Ian Hunt]

I grin slightly, "Thank God."

[Madeline Speare]

"Rather not have to worry about my baby girl getting eaten by a cat."

[Ian Hunt]

"No, I'd also rather not worry about that."

[Madeline Speare]

"We'll worry about other things,"

[Ian Hunt]

"Will we?"

[Madeline Speare]

"Knowing the two of us, yes. Without a doubt."

[Ian Hunt]

"Must we though?"

[Madeline Speare]

"You tell me, you worry the most out of the two of us,"

[Ian Hunt]

"Uhm...no I don't?"

[Madeline Speare]

"That's a lie,"

[Ian Hunt]

"Yeah, it was. Sorry."

"Shouldn't lie infront of Abby, sets a bad example,"

"Sorry Abby."
