[Cameron Adams]

"I'm fine really" She shrugged she started going a shade of pink again her fake smile becoming another real one, she knew he probably wouldn't give up until he found out what was wrong but she knew she couldn't tell him .

[Riley Pearson]

I shook my head faintly with a small sigh. "Fine.. you don't have to tell me.. I mean, you just met me." I said shaking my head faintly again before starting to walk again.

[Cameron Adams]

Cam watched as he walked past her, "Don't be like that, it's not that i don't want to tell you, it's that i can't ok?" She said out loud another tear fell down her face Well done Cam, you've upset someone already She though aloud in her head.

[Riley Pearson]

I shook my head faintly again, "No, it's really okay. Like I said, you met me." I told her with a faint smile and shrug. "I didn't mean to sound.. unfriendly about it. It's really not a big deal.. You just.. seemed really happy.. then.." I paused and shrugged aagain. ".. poof." I said with a small chuckle.

[Cameron Adams]

"I am happy just a bit confused at the moment" She smiled at him letting out a little giggle of her own, "And it's not ok, like you said i've just met you and i've probably put you off me already" She shrugged.

[Riley Pearson]

I nodded a little. "If you're sure.." I said with a slight smile over to her. "Nah, I'm not put off you." Isaid wiht a soft chuckle. "I'm used to this. I've been surrounded by girls my whole life. It's really fine."

[Cameron Adams]

Cam smiled and walked over to him, now facing him and also quite close to him she smiled she could feel the warmth from his body and she actually warmed up a little "I'm not like other girls and i am sorry." She smiled looked up at him, he was slightly taller then her but not alot.

[[ do you know he's 6'3"? lol and i think i gotta go, but i'll be back in about a bit over an hour ^^ ]]

I laughed a little and nodded, "Okay, I'll believe that.. but really, you don't have to be sorry." I told her with a smile.

[[ oh no, i didn't lol maybe not slightly shorter then And i don't know if i'll still be when you get back if your going to be about a hour so i'll say bye now in case i'm not on when you get back ;D ]]
Cam was still stood close to him and she was warming up quite a bit she poked him again in the stomach she actually hadn't quite realised the height difference between them "Yeah i do" She smiled looking up at him, her eyes getting a tinge of green in them now.

I laughed when she poked me in the stomach and smiled lightly to her, poking her back, but in the cheek instead with a small chuckle. "Why do you have to be sorry then?" I asked her curiously, still not really positive why she had to be.

Cam giggled her cheek tingled when he touched it "I'm sorry for my mood changing so well to you suddendly, I must have seemed like a real bitch, and that's the last thing i would want you to think of me" her tone saddened slightly then she poked him again more green filling her eyes, she hoped he would ask what that meant becuase it meant only to things, being in a bit of a daze and or flirting...

[Riley Pearson]

"Nah, it's fine." I said shaking my head a little bit. "In all honesty, you don't seem like much a bitch.. maybe a little bit when I pulled you out of the lake, but that's understandable.." I admitted to her with a small shrug. "But not really.." I said, hoping that made sense and hoping that I didn't offend her. ".. How come you care so much about what I think?" I asked with a soft chuckle. "I'm just your friendly neighborhood healer.. then again you prbably wouldn't want me messing up and doing something horrible, so maybe you should care." I added jokingly with asmall smile.

[Cameron Adams]

Cam smiled and giggled again, she wasn't sure if it was actually that funny but he just made her laugh "I just do" She replied still looking up at him.

[Riley Pearson]

I smiled and shrugged a little bit, "Okay." I said, just then realising they were still standing idlely in the middle of the corridor. "Anyway.. Kitchens." I said with a small chuckle, starting to walk slowly and motioning for her to follow.

[Cameron Adams]

Cam watched as he started to walk and saw him motion for her to follow so she speedily walked so that she was walking next to him "Won't you need to be getting home soon?" Cam asked.

[[Have to go now Talk tomorrow or something .. Byezie bye ;D]]

[Riley Pearson]

"Oh, no.. I'm staying here for a few days.. my kids are with my sister here." I explained to her after she caught up with me.

[[ aw kay! see you! ]]

[Cameron Adams]

Cam looked at him confused "If you don't mind me asking, why aren't they with their mum?" She hoped she wasn't intruding

[Riley Pearson]

I paused for a moment, "Um.." How was it that I just now noticed how difficult it is to think about how to say something when someone else can read your thoughts? "She.. She's away." I finished lamely, not the best answer.

[Cameron Adams]

Cam sort of picked up on the fact he was holding back "Oh... You do know you can stop me reading thoughts right?" She said still standing close to him.

[Riley Pearson]

I just now realised how close she was standing to me and I started to get slightly uncomfortable with it, so I just hopefully unnoticably moved over faintly to the other side as we were walking. I was pretty sure that it wasn't noticable and maybe could've been taken off as just walking slightly crooked.
I looked over to her. "I can?"

[Cameron Adams]

Cam noticed him moved so she moved over a little to, "Yeah course you can" She replied looking away from him on purpose.

[Riley Pearson]

I looked over to her again, "So how do I do it then?" I asked her with a small laugh, smiling a little.

[Cameron Adams]

Cam remained not looking at him she refused to, "Just block it out, close the door to your mind" She said bluntly.

[Riley Pearson]

"That, does not sound easy." I told her laughing a little, smiling over to her to see that she wasn't even looking at me.

[Cameron Adams]

Cam shrugged looking at the floor in the oposite direction to where Riley was walking "It depends how strong of mind you are"

[Riley Pearson]

I nodded slightly, "Well, I doubt I can concentrate that much right now, so maybe I'll have to try that later." I smiled as we got to the kitchens and I reached up tickling the pear. ".. and sorry for not really telling you why they're not with my wife.. just.. it's complicated."

[Cameron Adams]

"Don't worry like you said earlier we've only just met, so it doesn't matter does it?" Cam said, in a slightly annoyed tone even though she herself couldn't quite work out why she was annoyed at him, he hadn't done anything wrong it was her fault she liked him, Cam stood by the door waiting for him to go into the kitchen.

[Riley Pearson]

I was slightly taken aback at the annoyed tone that she held in her voice. "Just.. nevermind." I said shaking my head a little with a small sigh. I waited by the door for her to go in first, but she wasn't moving and looed like she was waiting for me. ".. Ladies first." I told her with a small smile.

Cam couldn't help but let a smile pass her lips and she entered the kitchen and wandered over to a table by the fire taking Riley's jacket off, she waited for him to either sit at the table with her or just walk past and take a guess at the drink she wanted.

I smiled back and followed her inside the kitchen, shutting the portrait behind us. "So.. I don't know about you.. but I'm making some tea.. anything you feel like?" I asked as I walked over to the counter that it seems like I haven't touched in nearly ten years.
