Been A While

Zoe let out a soft sigh and knew that she probably should be going to her mothers house first, because well it was her mother, but hey she wanted to come to see Riyann and Riley first.
Moving the small infant around in her arms Zoe knocked on the door lightly triyng not to wake up the new born baby.
Disappearing like she had wasn't the best idea and probably had worried all of her friends and family but right now Zoe didn't care. She needed help and going back to her home was the last place she wanted to go.
Rocking the baby girl in her arms lightly Zoe closed her tired eyes and waited for Riley or Riyann to answer.

[[Thought I'd quick say the house is burned down, but she could be at Riley's parents house down the street? lol]]

I heard a knock on the door, feeling my heart skip a beat, Zoe had disappeared for a while, but since Shelby was going to stay away from Riley and I for the better I didn't know if she'd gone home, nor did I really want to check.
Ariella was gone too, and unlike Zoe, I didn't have a clue where she could be.

I was hoping, that whoever was at the door, also meant Ariella was there, and I started down the steps a little faster than I usually would've.

My eyes, I'm sure, were puffy and red still from the crying I was doing, I'm sure I had lines under my eyes as well from lack of sleep.
I just couldn't understand why'd she would leave, if that's even what happened, she might've been kidnapped or something.

Opening the door I saw Zoe, some hope dropped, but I smiled towards her. "Hey Zoe." I said softly, moving aside so she could come in, noticing the baby she had in her arms.

Smileing weakly up at Riyann Zoe walked into the house and looked down at her daughter. "This is Kalin," She mummered softly.

I watched as Zoe came into the house and shut the door behind her, smiling weakly towards her as well. "She's beautiful." I whispered back to her, crossing my arms lightly over my chest as I stood about a foot away from Zoe and her daughter.

"Had her on my own, at the hotel.." Zoe said horsely. "Went to a muggle hospital after."

I bit my lip, not actually having expected her to give birth on her own, in a hotel room and that's it. "Do you need anything Zoe?" I asked in a soft whisper, not even being able to imagine doing what she did, wondering how she was now. "Anything at all?"

"Can i just hang here for a little while? I just need to catch my breath. Been moving non stop since she was born." Zoe said with a very weak laugh.

"Course." I said, smiling a little towards her. "I can take care of her for a few hours if you want to sleep some too." I said, biting my lip. Then again I can't even find my daughter, why should she trust me to do this?
