Forever never lasts. It kept ringing through his mind, in his mother's voice, forever never lasts. Shelby seemed to be saying that quite often for the past two months since Jay had been gone and it was somehow taking a toll on him. So cold and distant she was towards all the kids but he didn't blame her at all. Isaiah on the other hand, never had a girlfriend or been kissed which meant he never fell in love before. Sixteen years old and never had a kiss. He never told anyone this nor did he plan to. Glancing at his book, he sighs turning the page not really concentrating or reading just subsciously turning the pages looking out over the yard with a frown on his pale face. Sighing again, he leans his head against the tree and closing his eyes and whispering softly to himself, "Forever never lasts."

Humming a song to herself, she walked up the path to the Chou household. She knew that everyone in that house had been down since Jay had been gone and she hated the fact that her friends were so down. Especially her god mother, she was so cold when she seen her last.
She looked around the yard, it was pretty much deserted; except for a figure under a tree. Wanting to know who it was, she moved slowly over to the figure. The tune she was still humming. She let out a breath when she found out the figure was Isaiah. She had a crush on him, but she never told anyone. Not even her closest friends. "Isaiah?" She said softly, crossing her arms over her chest selfconciously. "Is this seat taken?"

Glancing up, he smiles slightly. "Hey Molls, sure you can." he nods scooting over and patting a spot next to him. "So how are you today?" Isaiah asks with a weak smile still, closing his book and setting it on the other side of him.

Molly returned his slight smile with a full one and sat down beside him. Atleast she got a smile out of him, that was a good thing. She ran a hand through her straightened hair and looked over at him. He was a few years older than her, but so cute. She shrugged lightly, "Good, I guess. Needed to get away from the house though, the butler..person..dude was giving me 'the look'."
Even though Alex was kinder now, the people in his house (ie. the butler) were mean. She actually punched the butler for insulting her. Badly. "How are you?" She asked him, biting her bottom lip.

"You're always welcome here you know. You don't have to put up with that butler here. Besides I thought your mom obliterated him years ago?" he asks with a half smile before glancing up at the sky. "I think it's gonna rain." he says noticing that she didn't have a jacket and the wind was picking up. Either he was wimpy against the wind or it was getting cold. Isaiah moves an arm around her and smiles again. "Been better. Mom's still locking herself in her room and I've been taking care of everyone."

"That's good to know," Molly said, her blue eyes trailing up to the sky. There were dark clouds rolling in and the wind was picking up. The wind wasn't the good part, but she loved storms. She didn't know why. Especially when it thundered and lightened. She thought it was just wonderful. That it had meaning. "I think so too."
Feeling Isaiah's arm around her, she looked over at him. At first she was a bit shocked because she wasn't expecting it, but she smiled. He was a sweetheart. She was kind of hoping it wasn't only because of the wind, but she knew it was because of it. She forced herself to not be so happy about it.
"I remember my mom telling me about how she was when my dad kept leaving and whatnot. She said she would always lock herself in her room and cry, think about all the memories. She slowly got over it though.." She bit her bottom lip. The talking about her dad made her want to tear up because she never got to know him. She didn't, though. "I guess she just needs time alone. To think it over."

"Of course it is. Although the rain isn't always so bad." he says with a smile pulling her gently at hershoulder lightly so she was leaning against him a bit. isaiah wouldn't ever admit it, but he always had a crush on Molly. But seeing as he was four years older than her, he didn't think it was wise to ask her out. She probably didn't even like him anyway.
"I suppose. It's just it's been two months already. But I guess it takes a long time to heal the wound of love." he shrugs lightly, feeling a couple drops of rain hit his hand and glances down at Molly. "So, you don't mind the rain right? One of those people that like dancing around in it and such? Just don't tell me your kiss fantasy is to kiss in the rain like other girls." Isaiah teases her slightly. Hell, he never been kissed, but started to bother him a bit. He wanted it to be special though as girly as it seemed to others, but he didn't care.

Molly subconciously laid her head on his shoulder, automatically comfortable. There was a smile painted on her face, that's how happy she felt at that moment. "It's beautiful, actually. The rain could mean so many things. Happiness, sadness, anger. Just like tears, kind of." People would call her weird at school, for saying that. Alot of kids didn't realize how amazing the things Earth did was beautiful.
"That's what's scary about love. Getting hurt. It's so easy," She said, looking up at him. "All the things that my mom, and your mom, went through during all the years just for love. The things I've heard.." She trails off and shakes her head. She didn't want to go through what her mom did with her dad. She scrunched up her nose and shook her head again, "Although it's romantic, it isn't my fantasy Mister Henderson. I'm not like all girls, if you haven't noticed," She said with a grin.

He smiles lightly, leaning his head on hers as well, just laughs a bit to himself. Maybe she did like him, or maybe it was just that they practically grew up together. He didn't know, nor was he going to try. "Exactly. You never know if the rain is happy or sad. It all depends on what you think by how the clouds are colored or shaped and how you feel that day as well. But we never know the actual answer." Isaiah nods with smile. That was one thing he admired about Molly. She actually thought outside of the box, not like most of the girls at school.
"I know. The way she still looks at Ian, it just makes me so sad for her. I think she still actually loves him after all this time and everything that happened between them. Do you think your mum still loves Logan even if he might be..." he trails off closing his eyes. He hated the fact that whenever they talked about her father that he almost forgot that he was dead, or at least supposedly dead. They never found a body or any evidence, but everyone just assumed.
Looking at the sky again, the raindrops started increasing their speed falling quickly, thick and hard now. "Well Miss Vassler, what is your fantasy as we both get soaked in this rainstorm?" he asks leaning back a bit so that he looked into her blue eyes with a soft smile on his lips. He couldn't help but be curious. It had to be a genetic thing seeing as his mother and all his siblings were curious as well. Or was it being nosy? Either way, it bothered him that he didn't know something just like any ravenclaw. If he didn't know the right answer to something, Isaiah had to figure out the answer.

Molly closed her eyes for a moment, just enjoying being there with Isaiah. The more time she spent with him, the more she liked him. She would never have the guts to tell him. That was the problem, everyone expected her to just go up to him and blurt it out. But the crazy act was just a cover. She was just a scared girl with a crazy mind. "I base it on the color of the clouds. They're gray, sure. But I think if it's a light gray, it's happy. Dark gray, it's sad. And if it thunders really, really bad, it's angry."
Molly finally opened her eyes, watching the rain fall to the ground. Her hair was already soaked and curling back up. She didn't care, she was talking to Isaiah and enjoying herself. "There's always a part of me that..that hopes she still loves him and would leave Alex the minute she laid eyes on him. No matter how long Alex has raised me, he's not my dad. He never will be," She said, her voice kind of fading out and going distant. She never got to talk about her dad with anyone but Isaiah and she did that everytime. "I..don't know. I was only one when he left. I want him to be, but then I don't want him to be..you know, alive. He didn't care for me, one time he went up to the Astronomy Tower, where my mom and your mom was. So basically, he left Dakota and I," She said, in a whisper.
"My fantasy?" She asked, a small laugh escaping her. She thought about it. "I've never really thought about it. I guess just standing there, anywhere, with the person I love. Him looking in my eyes, mine in his and we kiss, not caring who seen."

Isaiah glances over at Molly again and just smiles. "You seem rather happy. Any exact reason why or do you just randomly get happy when you're with me?" he teases, taking her hand lightly but not linking their fingers together. After all, what would a crazy and beautiful young girl want with one of the biggest nerds of the school? Of course Nyx claimed that girls threw themselves at him, but he never believed her.
"Ah those curls. I think you get them from your dad cause my mom and all my sisters have natural curls as well." Isaiah says softly. That was the only thing that bothered him about liking Molly. They were sorta related. Jenny his older sister was her sister as well. Then the fact that she was raised by his grandfather. They were like third or fourth cousins though, but that was always in the back of his mind. "I understand. Sometimes I wish mum would fall in love with my dad, Nick again. But sometimes I don't. It's werid how that all works out."
Isaiah looks at her and smiles, just nodding slightly. "Now that's a switch, but I like it. It's actually original." he says softly, tucking a loose strand of wet hair behind her ear. He was so tempted at the moment just to lean down and kiss her, but he also just couldn't. Isaiah didn't know how she would react or what she would do and he wasn't going to ruin their friendship just because of a feeling that he was having.

Molly felt a slight pink tint come to her cheeks and looked up at him with the latter. One of the bad genes she got from her mom, she blushed too easily. "I'll go for the latter," She said before looking down at their hands, then back up at him. Maybe he did like her..? Or it could be the fact that they've known each other so long.
She laughed a bit and put a hand to her wet hair, "I got it bad, from both sides. My mom actually has natural curly hair but she straightens it like I do," She said, taking the hand from her hair. She hated the fact that his sister was basically her sister as well. In a way, they could be related. But she always reminded herself they didn't have the same mom or dad. Only her and Jenny. Then, ofcourse, the fact that Briar was with Alex. She just hoped she'd snap out of it and not marry him. "Yeah, I think it's because if they aren't together, it's for a reason."
She smiled back at him and nodded, "Yeah.." She bit her bottom lip, her breath getting stuck in her throat. She wanted to kiss him, but was scared. He was sixteen and probably already kissed someone. She also didn't want to ruin theit friendship because of her crush. That was the problem with her, she was always scared to do anything. What if he didn't like her and she scared him off? That was what she wondered and why she did nothing to corrupt that friendship they had. "Isaiah..have you ever liked someone so much, but afraid to do anything because you were afraid you would scare them off?" She asked quietly, finally able to breath.

He nods, just smiling at her before looking up at the rain falling down onto the Chou property. Isaiah noticed her blush, but he didn't mention it to her, knowing that it would probably just cause her to blush more, but he had no idea why she was in the first place. Maybe Molly did like him. "I personally like the curls, but straightened isn't bad either. I think it's just growing up with mum and my sisters and their curls as effected me." he laughs a bit glancing over at her again.
He raised an eyebrow at her, shocked that she practically read his exact thoughts. "Well, yes actually. I think everyone goes through that, but I am right now." he whispers softly, hoping that she would take the hint. Isaiah knew it was a bold move, especially on his behalf, but just smiles at her, hoping that she wouldn't freak out and run away.

Slowly, the blush went away. She didn't know why she blushed in the first place. She didn't care. Molly smiled and nodded, "Maybe. They're just hard to manage to me," She said with a shrug. She tried to remember the last time she wore her hair curly. She would think second year. "Besides, they look good with curly hair..I don't."
Molly looked down for a moment, her lips in a slight frown when he said that. Then, she thought about it. She finally looked back up at him, smiling. "You are?" She asked, whispering just as he was. She didn't know what to do or say right at that second.

He simply shrugs tucking a strand again behind her ear. "Well your hair is still pretty either way." Isaiah nods, just chuckling to himself nervously as he linked their fingers together now, but slowly.
"Yes I am. I hope you understand that it's you Faye." he says softly closing his eyes and leaning against the tree. If she got up and ran right now Isaiah wouldn't expect anything different really. That's how the scenario went on in his head and that's probably how it would go. But he kept a hold of her hand just letting out a deep sigh waiting for her response.

Molly smiled over at him, "Thanks, Isaiah. I don't get that alot," She said, looking down at their hands. The smile slowly grew a bit.
The smile on her face grew even more, if it could. She laughed softly at his closing his eyes and sighing. Did he think she was going to run off? Probably. She did quite the opposite. She moved closer to him and placed a soft kiss on his lips before her eyes widened. 'Oh goodness..what did I just do?' She kept thinking to herself. What if he freaked? ||Sorry my posts are getting shorter.. =\ ||

Isaiah's eyes open wide, just blinking a few times with his mouth hanging open. "Umm. I-I guess you feel the same then?" he asks stuttering a bit, moving so that his arms were around her now but holding her lightly. "F-faye... can. Can we try that again?" Isaiah asks, biting his bottom lip as he looked at her with his blue eyes. "I know I really like you, but only do if you like me the same." he nods, giving her an assuring smile. // tis fine. \\

Molly smiled a little at his reaction, it was kind of funny to see. She relaxed a little after seeing he didn't freak out but put his arms around her. She bit her bottom lip, looking up at him with a small blush on her cheeks. She didn't think she would actually do that. She was glad that she did that, because now she had nothing to hide. The smiled growing a bit bigger and nodded, "Isaiah, I do feel the same. I just kissed you for Merlins sake," She said with a small laugh afterwards.

He simply sticks out his tongue and notices her blush again. This time though, he was going to mention it. "You know Miss Vassler your cheeks are a faint pink again." Isaiah laughs a little before hearing her say that she liked him just as much. That made him smile ear to ear. Leaning forward, he kisses her lightly on the lips again, lingering slightly on her lips before kissing her again.

At the mention of her blush, her cheeks had gotten redder. "Shush," She mumbled, flipping him the pinky finger. It meant the same thing, only you could get away with it because technically you didn't flip them the infamous finger. She had to smile at his ear-to-ear smile. It was cute, and a little funny at the same time. She didn't think someone could smile that big. They could, apparently.
She felt like a huge weight had been lifted from her chest now that she had finally admitted her feelings to him. She kissed him back softly, leaning into the kiss a little.

Isaiah raises an eyebrow at her but shakes his head. "Make me." he teases, gasping slightly to her pinky finger signal. "You know that's still not nice, just because of it's true meaning." he says pouting a bit before just smiling at her with a grin.
Isaiah felt the same as she did, as if a heavy boulder was lifted off of his shoulders when he admitted his true feelings for her. Isaiah tickles her sides lightly when he kisses her back just as soft, not wanting to rush anything. After all they weren't dating or together yet and it would just be too fast.

Molly rose an eyebrow at Isaiah with a wicked grin, "Are you doubting that I won't be able to make you shush, Henderson?" She asked him. She was a sneaky girl and could get away with alot of things. She wiggled her pinky finger and laughed, "I know it's not nice, that's why I did it."
She was very ticklish and tried to hold in her laughter, but couldn't. She broke away from the kiss to laugh. The bad thing was, no matter how light the tickling was, she'd aways laugh. Her laugh was funny, too. It was like a person who was really bubbly, which kind of how she is.

Isaiah matches her expression but smirks some. "Oh I know you can't make me shush Vassler." he grins, nudging her slightly. He knew that she could find some way of getting him to be quiet, but Isaiah enjoyed teasing her too much. "Then you're not very nice if you continue doing it." he nods with a fake pout forming now instead of his smirk.
Isaiah laughs a bit, forgetting how ticklish she really was. "God, you'd think I was seriously trying to tickle you then Faye." he says watching her trying to wiggle free from his tickle attack. After a few minutes he shakes his head, leaning agains the tree just smiling to himself. "So, I don't know what to say." he nods to her still with a faint smile gracing his lips.
