Ariella just grinned down in triumph at her sister. "Afraid of coming up yourself?" She teased, watching Char sigh and bite down on her lower lip.

I bit my lip watching them. I couldn't understand what they were saying and i was hoping that neither of them would end up falling out of the tree.

Lottie continued biting down on her lower lip, afraid to admit she couldn't climb the tree but didn't say anything. Instead she stuck her tongue out at Ella and grabbed onto a branch pulling herself up and sat down for a moment before climbing onto another branch. Another thing, she was afraid of heights.

I bit my lip when I saw Char climb into a tree. I was starting to think I should stop this, but maybe it was okay. For all I knew they did this all the time.

Ariella looked at Lottie and bit at her lip. She knew Lottie didn't like climbing trees and dad wasn't even stopping her. Didn't he remember when she fell out of the tree last year? Broke her arm?

I bit my lip slightly getting slightly more nervous as I sat there. Something was telling me that I should start over there. So a moment later, I stood up and started walking over.

Lottie ignored the looks Ariella was shooting at her, ignored her dad walking towards them and started up to another branch closer to Ella, and Ella's eyes got bigger as she moved further up the tree and away from her sister.

Ariella glanced down at their dad and then back at Charlotte. "Char, c-come on, l-let's get down." She said and Char shook her head and just kept her eyes on her sister.

I looked from Ella to Char and saw Char shake her head. "Come on Char.. Ella.. we can go do something else."

Char heard Riley and it seemed like she'd just noticed that Riley was there and looked down at him and saw how high she really had gotten herself up and held onto the branch a little more than she had been, she didn't say anything because she didn't want to seem like a wimp or pathetic.

She still didn't say anything, but she shook her head for an answer as Ariella came closer to her sister. "It's not that high up Char." She whispered, sitting on a branch above her so Char didn't get freaked and think the branch would break.

I didn't know what to do anymore. Ella moved closer down and I heard her talking to Char, hoping that she could help her down.

Charlotte shook her head again and shut her eyes after a moment. She was really to high up for dad to help, but he could always climb up as well. Though that would only freak her out even more. "Char you got up here, didn't you?" She asked and Char shook her head again, clearly not listening to Ella at the moment. "Char, it's just as easy to get down. I promise." She said and this time her sister nodded a little, still staying where she was.

I bit my lip a little harder, wanting to go and get her now, wondering if I should. "And I'm right here Char.." I said up to her. "It's gonna be okay, just listen to Ella."

Not that it'd do much, but Ariella moved so she could grab Char's hand and held it, urging her to start the way down the tree and to reassure her that she wasn't going to let her fall, though they'd both end up falling instead.

She grabbed her hand and I kept biting my lip. "Do you want me to go up there with you?" I asked, still looking up to them.

Char shook her head with a weak smile to Riley. She was afraid that a branch would break or something, but she knew he wasn't going to wait for her to just appear infront of him and would eventually come up after her and she squeezed Ariella's hand lightly before moving slightly and stumbling over to a lower branch, dropping her sisters hand to get to that branch and cling onto it.

Char bit down against her lower lip. After all of this she'd probably end up locking herself in her room all day, and if they decided on coming in she'd resort to the bathroom and take a nap or something. Ariella moved closer to Char again before going on the same branch, causing her to grab onto Ella tight and shake her head. "D-don't do that." She whispered, shaking her head and praying that the branch wouldn't break. But she only came down, knowing she wouldn't like it, because she'd need help to the next branch.

I bit my lip, letting out a small breath, hoping that they were going to be okay. If one of them fell I could catch them, but two of them, I wasn't sure if i'd be able to.

Ariella helped her siser down until her feet touched the branch and she leand over a little more so Char wouldn't lose her balance and let go of her hand. Char smiled up at Ella, now she could just hop off the branch to the ground and she did, still feeling a little scared and shakey as Ella came down and stood next to her. "Baby." She whispered in her ear.

Char finally made it to the ground and I let go of the breath I was holding, moving over to Char and hugging her tightly.

Char rolled her eyes when Riley hugged her tight, but hugged him back. "It's okay dad." She said softly with a small smile.

She laughed and pulled out of the hug and turned towards Ariella, glaring at her before hugging her. It was her fault that she had to climb the tree as it was.
