"Stupid question. Its impossible to dislike ice cream, and for me at least its even more impossible to choose a favorite!" Hayley said.

"I disagree." Hayley said. "The only way to know if you can't have dairy products is to first eat them. So lets say this person eats the ice cream, its good, but it makes them sick. Or if they for insistence never get a chance to experience ice cream, you can't dislike or like what you've never had."

"Alright, although I don't know why I should bother, I'm sure even when I know, you won't listen." Hayley said.

Hayley shrugged and said, "Most people I know tend to be more stubborn then that to change their mind that easily."

"Maybe, but don't get mad at me for saying that a lot of people say that, and a lot of times its not true." Hayley said. "I don't know you well enough to say that applies to you." Hayley added quickly.

"Yeah, I know." Hayley said. No two people are alike, but that doesn't really qualify someone as different.

"So tell me Jack, do you truly think you're different?" Hayley asked smiling back at him.

Hayley smiled and said, "I don't know how clear I can say this, but I'll try." She thought for a moment before saying. "Have you ever met a person who frowns just as much as they smile? Do you know anyone quits a perfectly good job for no reason?"

"I'm obviosuly not explaining this well enough to you." Hayley said. It didn't bother her though. No one would probably ever understand, when even she didn't.

"Umm. How to phrase this?" Hayley thought outloud. In her head, she knew exactly how she was diffrent, but it wasn't the kind of thing you say unless you want someone to think you're mental, or to hate you.

"Thats a bit extreme, but it works for me." Hayley said laughing. "Maybe you have, and maybe you haven't, but have you ever met someone who does things like almost kill their cousin for no reason, and then not feel guilty about it?" Hayley wasn't feeling guilty, because she felt the near death experience would bring Riley and his wife closer together, but Hayley didn't know because now they hardly talked.
It felt good to let someone else know it was her, besides for Riley. It felt like lifting a heavy brick of her mind.
