[Shelby Crescent]

Shell was in a black dress, sitting right on the stairs with a wine glass in her hand. Taking a sip she glances at her bare left ring finger. Andra had told her everything that Jay and her did that night and she wasn't going to stand for it.

She stares at the door with a mischievous smile on her lips, tossing a few curls over her shoulder. If he wanted to play games, she already was two steps ahead of him. Hearing the door open she smirks a bit, crossing her legs and leaning against the stairs. "About time you got home."

[Jay Chou]

Walking in the door, Jay grins looking down at her. She's in a black dress and ahs a bottle of wine. "Any reason for all this?" He says his grin getting wider. But when he see's how..off her smile is, his smile faulters a little. "What are you up to...?" He chuckled softly.

[Shelby Crescent]

Shell's smirk grows even bigger, as she shook her head a bit. "Oh there's a reason." she smiles tracing her finger along the top of the glass as she stood up and passes him into the hallway. "I was told this very interesting story that's all, figured you would like to know."

Jay raises his eyebrow as he walked behind her, "You've got me confused. Please do share."

[Shelby Crescent]

"From a little raven, I heard this story of how she met a guy in a bar late one night. They laughed, had fun and Slept together!" she turns around smashing the wine glass on the floor at his feet letting her curls fall into her face as she started walking towards him.

Jay felt his jaw hang open slightly as he looked down at Shelby. He had no idea what he was supposed to do or say. "She told you?" he managed to get out.

[Shelby Crescent]

"Oh yes she told me. In detail!" she yells again just crossing her arms. "She wants you so much, she would marry you on the spot." she mutters slapping him across the face. "I want you out of my house Jay. I'm done. Now I can finaly have what I've been wanting for six years." she says softly with a smirk.

[Jay Chou]

Jay was thinking of some form of reply and then he heard her say that last remark. "What do you mean, what you've been wanting for the past six years?"

[Shelby Crescent]

"You're not the only one that doesn't keep secrets. Remember Draven? My dear friend Draven. Let's just say he's more than a friend. And let's also say that we have a son, he's around five or so. Dark brown hair, blue eyes, my freckles." she laughs a bit just looking up at him. "Didn't expect that did you? You always gone and such. And I was right about you this entire time." she mutters turning around.

[Jay Chou]

"Oh yeah, what were you right about, huh?"

[[computer crashed. sorry.]]

[Shelby Crescent]

"You being a cheater after all. I should have believed Leslie years ago." she mutters looking to the ground. "What am I to you, just some woman you are obligated to come home to and that's it?" she sighs biting her lip. "I want a divorce. Then you can be with that bitch Andra."

[Jay Chou]

Jay laughs bitterly looking down. This was the final straw. Yes, he knew that he had hurt Shelby, but she had hurt him worse time and time again. That's not saying what he did was any better or worse, but now, Jay has had it. He had given her more than the second chance, and here she was doing this. "You know what, Shelby?" He muttered looking up at her. "Fine. Go get those papers. I'll sign them gladly!" He says his voice riseing a little. "You know, being with her doens't sound so bad. She won't constantly remind me of a mistke I made ten years ago! I thought you understood why I didn't tell you about me being a werewolf Shelby. And you know what, I doubt that she'll cheat on me with every guy that she gets close to. And woman!" He finishes. "So go get those papers because I'm done Shelby. I'm done with you, I'm done with us, and I'm done with having to live like this." He adds, voice getting quieter.

[Shelby Crescent]

She turns around, wand drawn at him. The Shelby that he knew was long gone. "Oh really. Have you told her of your secret? Wonder what she'll say, but you might not know seeing if you're dead or maybe on the verge of it." she says with a bitter laugh. "You weren't the man... wait. You're not a man at all. Werewolves aren't men." she mutters with an evil twisted smile.

[Jay Chou]

What she was saying hurt him, but he had gotten used to remarks like these over the years. "You don't scare me." He mumbles glareing down at her.

[Shelby Crescent]

"You should, since well she's dead." she laughs a bit, tilting her head to the side. "Begged me to the poor dear."

[Jay Chou]

"You didn't kill her, I know you didn't." Jay said quickly fear flickering across his face. He was more than sure she meant Andra, but he wasn't so sure that she wouldn't kill her.

[Shelby Crescent]

"Well, don't believe me my dear. But she is gone." she smiles lightly still holding out her wand at him. "You're next in line."

[Jay Chou]

"Prove it," He says. "Prove that you killed her." Jay didn't want to believe that Shelby had killed Andra.

[Shelby Crescent]

She turns around walking over the daily prophet that was sitting there. Right on the cover was the story. Former Ravenclaw Found Dead, it went on to talk about a girl named Cassandra Ortiz was found in knockturn alley with no clues on the murderer.

"There, good enough for you hun?" she smirks knowing herself it was a jinxed paper, but there was no way of telling.

[Jay Chou]

Jay snatches the paper and reads it and re-reads it again. Looking up at Shelby with disgust he roars, "How could you?! She was your best friend!"

[Shelby Crescent]

"Yeah was. I don't kill friends Jay. I only kill those who ruin my life." she says with a sigh, looking at the paper. "Aw. I was gonna save that." she says walking over to him with a pout. Shell wraps her arms around him and mutters a spell so he couldn't move.

[Jay Chou]

Jay stands there motionless just glareing at her.

[Shelby Crescent]

"You don't love me do you anymore." she asks with a sigh, just looking up at him.

[Jay Chou]

Jay closes his eyes, still unable to move.

[Shelby Crescent]

She releases the spell, dropping her wand. "Tell me." she says letting her bottom lip quiver. "Or do you love her...."

[Jay Chou]

"I don't know.." He mumbled.

[Shelby Crescent]

Shell sighs, falling to her knees looking at the wand. She picks it up and points it to her head. "Here, let me make it easier for you."

[Jay Chou]

Jay sighs heavly and yanks the wand out of her hand and breaks it in half. "You always do something like this.." he muttered. Jay didn't want to ahve to deal with her anymore.

[Shelby Crescent]

"You owe me a new wand." she cries standing up and walking off into their kitchen ramaging for something else that could end this. Shell was tired of trying hard to make the relationship work and he goes off with her best friend. She could never stand knowing that they were together, she had to do this.

[Jay Chou]

Jay ran after her. He wasn't going to let her do something stupid. Grabbing onto both of her wrists, he pushes her over to a wall and pins her against it. "Just calm down."
