"Well, I'm the Astronomy professor for Hogwarts where we went to school, we're both Ravenclaws, and I played professional quidditch." she nods with a smile.

"It's a sport played by wizards on brooms." she says with a faltering smile. "You do know you can cast magic right?" Shell asks slightly worried now.

"It's actually second nature." she says closing her eyes, thinking of a spell and turning on the lights a bit brighter seeing as it was getting darker outside due to the bitter June weather.

She laughs just shaking her head. "You'll get used to it. Why don't you try to put your mind to something. Anything you can think of in this room that would require me or you getting up to do, like closing the blinds over there." Shell points towards the dark and cloudy image outside of the window.

I shrugged a little, "Um.. okay... let's just try the blinds then.. there's not much in this room."

She nods lightly glancing back at Riley. "Okay, just think of you wanting them closed more than anything. As if it's vital to close them." Shell says with a smile. "It doesn't take much for smaller things, but in this case try in that aspect."

I smiled weakly looking over to the blinds and concentrating on them, but having nothing really happen.

I sighed a little, looking over to the blinds again, trying to concentrate on them again after a moment, they moved a little bit, but not too much.

Shell nods lightly seeing that the shades moved a little. "Here I'll do the rest." she says waving her hand slightly closing them completely.

She nods, standing up as the kids move towards Riley and hug him lightly taking turns before getting down and heading for the door. "I'll be around later this week, alright? You keep practicing that magic." she says with a smile before hugging him as well.

That instantly hit a stroke of guilt. "Okay then. Well we'll see you around then Riley." she nods walking out of the room with each little hand in one of hers.
