good traits; Julia is so outgoing that it might border the line of eccentric. She is not afraid to tell people what she thinks, but being the nice person she is, she’s always kind about it. True to the Gryffindor house, she is brave. Julia always puts others, especially her family, before herself. She is also an optimistic person.
flaws; Although one may consider thinking before acting and speaking a good thing, Julia over analyzes everything. She is also irresponsible. Although Julia is a good friend, she has a hard time keeping secrets because she loves to talk. She often refuses to do anything that has to do with school work.
habits; Julia smiles a lot. She also lies a lot although she calls it, stretching the truth. When bored she will often start taping a desk if there is one.

brief history;
Julia was born minutes before her sister Theodora, yet manages to be less mature. As a baby she hardly ever saw her mother, Dorcas Meadowes, and her father was unknown to her. Most of her time was spent with a baby sitter or in Ireland at her mom’s aunt and uncle’s house. Before she even turned two, her mother was killed by Voldemort. Although she wasn’t old enough to really understand what happened, even to this day she still feels a bit sad that she never really got to know her parents. She has lived with Shelby Chou, a friend of her mother. Julia is a Gryffindor in Hogwarts, and although she may not excel in all classes, she doesn’t care.
