I smiled as we turned onto a busy street, not because I new we were close. "So what kind of food is at this place anyways?" I asked.

As I watched a car come down the street towards us I said, "Think fast!" before pushing him into the street.

I got a slightly confused look on my face as she said think fast and before I could really be sure of what she was meant, or why she said it, she pushed me off the sidewalk and into the street. I yelled slightly and was sure the look on my face was at least slightly horrified... or at least still confused.
Next thing I knew a very hard object, which I figured was a car since I was in street, rammed into my side and I slid onto the front of the car, flipping off and landing with a loud thud on the ground, getting knocked out in the process.
Another car slammed on it's breaks infront of me as the one that hit me did and Ariella and Charlotte screamed, "Dad", tears in their eyes as they watched me get hit and flop to the ground. They both ran after me into the street with freightened looks in there eyes.

"Shit." I mumbled realizing that his kids were right there. No the best time to attempt to kill their father. Fat chance that they wouldn 't tell anyone it was me who did it. What I needed was a quick get away. Before searching for an alley way that I could apparate away in, I called out to Riley, "Enjoy life while you can!"

Glancing around once last time, I snuck into an alley way, pulled out my wand, and aparated away.
