Ben sighed a bit looking over to her. "It's not that it's that big of a deal.. I just don't want this to be awkward.." He said looking over to Shelby wth a small shrug. ".. Sorry." He said shaking his head a little bit. "I just, I mean what was the big deal?"

"Nothing at all. Just figured I would try to see if I still had my charm but I guess not. I'm just an old teacher." she says with a shrug and a weak smile.

Okay.. not what I was talking about. He thought to himself. He was talking about what was the big deal about hitting her with the keys.. it didn't really do much harm and it wasn't on purpose. But he guessed that she had something else on her mind.
He shook my head a little bit and looked over to her. "Wait.. sorry, you were coming on to me?" He asked a moment later, wanting to get this right. This sort of thing didn't happen often.. least not with teachers. With girls my age, yes, but teachers, no. Especially mum's of girls that I fancy.

Shell turns a bright pink before glancing at her hands. "See, lost my charm seeing as you can't tell." she mumbles before looking up at him again for a second.

I know, and it's not working clearly. "Really now, I didn't know." she says softly, almost feeling completely dumb to even try. He was what? Seventeen? Eighteen, and she was thirty two now. What would he want to do with her anyway?

He laughed a little bit and shrugged. "I honestly couldn't tell you that.." He said with a small smile. "Oh... yeah.. I heard what happend.. haven't really had a chance to talk to her yet though.." He added, frowning a bit. "And she also doesn't know I like her.. so it'd be great if you didn't say anything."
He laughed a bit. "You're really asking me that?"

Shell nods faintly, still feeling a bit dumb about this whole situation. "Promise I won't and yes I am." she adds softly knowing the light pink hue was probably still on her cheeks.

"Thanks.." He said with a small nod. "You know I always wondered why she stayed with him so long.." He said shaking his head a little bit, running a hand through his hair.
"Well, I mean, you're really beautiful.. and you're obviously smart." He nodded a bit and then shrugged. "I dunno, I'm sure a lot of guys would love to have you." He said, seeing her cheeks blush a litttle bit.

But it left her heartbroken." she says with a frown before getting a mischievous gleam in her eyes. "Maybe you're one of them then?" Shell asks feeling her cheeks burning scarlet red now.

He nodded. "Which is why I wouldn't mind setting a few curses on him right now." He said shaking his head, his australian accent coming out a bit. It had sort of faded over the years, but it did show thorugh every once in a while.
He looked over to her, "Well, yeah, I think most are." He said shrugging a bit.

She's still touchy about that subject." she says before leaning off her desk and walking over to him. "Really now..." Shell asks before standing before him, her hand on her hips as a classic smirk formed on her face.

"Well, I don't really care. I've watched her be with him for way too long.. He broke her heart so I wouldn't mind breaking his legs." He said starting to get slightly touchy about the subject himself, crossing his arms infront of his chest.

Shell was starting not to like him little by little by the way he was talking about Michael. "Well, just don't say that to her alright? She still talks to him." Shell says before bending down to look at him. "But I know she didn't like you that way hun. Why not just have a little fun and there might be some compromise with the other teachers for you." she says with a smile.

"Well, if you have a little fun with me, then your grades from your other classes may be compromised. I have a very powerful influence on some of the teachers." she says with another faint laugh.

He raised his eyebrows slightly, shaking a few more pieces of hair from his eyes. "How would that work?" He asked not really seeng how the two things related. "Isn't something like that sort of frowned upon?"

Rolling her eyes a bit, she unties her teaching robes but keeping them on her shoulder. "It's most likely that you might pass my class, but the others... I don't know." she says, playing with the buttons on her teaching robe while keeping an innocent smile on her lips.

Excpet for the fact that now she started to untie and play with the buttons on her robes, which he had to admit was makeing this all the more harder for him to say no.

"Or maybe I thought you were. You just said that you didn't think you were doing that well." she says as a counter. Letting the robes pool around her feet, she glances at him still just in a knee length purple dress but her hair was still up in a loose curly brown bun. "But you could be certain about your grades if you decide to let go." she says smirking a little now as she undid her bun feeling her curls fall around her shoulders.
