I smiled a little and continued on my way. I really did hate Arden, not that I'd kill her anything. Just that death threats and trivial scares were always fun to have. Smiling I went and opened a drawer before shutting it, and then opened another, continuing to do so until I found one decent looking knife and pulled it out, looking at it and clutching onto it.

I think I should have just left well enough alone and ignored the damn door like I wanted to, I think musingly, looking up at the ceiling briefly before this reminds me of Melody and my mood takes another hit.

I smiled down at the knife and turned back around to start out of the kitchen and into the living room, not quite yet looking up at Arden, just looking at the knife.

It's probably another indication of just how low my mood has gotten that my very first instinct when I see Riyann walk in with a knife is to give a brief laugh. And then get slightly scared, but only slightly.

"Found this in your kitchen." I said with a small laugh, shaking my head faintly. "Quite like it actually." I giggled faintly, looking up at Arden now, biting my lower lip against a large smile.

"It's a very lovely knife," I agree, nodding and then looking away in a show of apathy that of course isn't entirely a show.

"Mind if I keep it?" I asked, moving from my spot and walking almost in a zig zag fasion towards Arden now. "It'll make a lovely toy." I add with a giggle.

"I can't say I agree with that statement," I say, raising my eyebrows. "Knives very rarely make good toys."

Maybe I was more like to just be swaying slightly as I walked. "Such a shame, I'm sorry though." I said and shrugged faintly. "You know, that you don't know a good toy when you see one." I add and laughed.

"I babysit a lot." I shrug a little bit. "And funnily enough I've never thought it would be a good idea to hand my nieces or nephew any knives. But if you let the girls play with knives..." I shake my head elaborately while shrugging. "I guess that they aren't too messed up." Sometime in the past thirty seconds I've apparently gone from just plain apathy to straight up suicidal.

I look up at her over the knife and just glare slightly when she started on about how she wouldn't let her nieces or nephews play with knives, and then went on about my girls and I twisted the knife faintly in my hand, letting it hang downwards in my hand.

I look away a moment, half wondering if that was even called for, but not really caring at this point.

I giggled faintly when she looked away for a moment and just looked back at the knife before stepping up infront of her, holding the knife up in my hand and examining it infront of her.

I look away again when she walks right up in front of me, now having just a little trouble staying detached, but not so much that I stop. "Are you planning to stab me or just stand there like an idiot?" I ask after a moment, sighing.
