i'm finding it's not easy to be perfect.
eye colour;
Regan has colour changable eyes. This means his eyes are different colours in different shades. In the dark they look a deep sea green. But in the light they look a mixture of sea green's and blue's.
hair colour;
His hair is a mixture to, just him really. It's darker in winter and lighter in summer. From being blonde to brown in a matter of days no matter where he is it always changers depending on the seasons.
height;

other physical traits;
Regan also has a tattoo of on his ankle of his fathers name wrapped in thorns. He had that tattooed on when he was 18 years of age because of when he found out that his mother killed his father for the order.
clothing style;
Regan is a very classic case of suit and tie. But he also enjoyus wearing black skinny jeans nnow and again just to take of the edge of him being a formal man.

good traits;
Regan is a very conserning person which suits him very well. He will some times start an arguement but will alaways finnish it to. His life has been very straight forward and so his triats are very straight forward to. He is loving to most that he knows. But he is also very demanding which could be a flaw as well, but you would have to meet him and decide for your self.
flaws;
Many flaws fall under his name. Regan is paranoid, he is sometimes a little too full of himself and thinks that everyone should see a spotlight on him. He is very picky with certain things like about what goes on his body and who he talks to. He has a secret wish to be noticed more because he believes that he should be.
habits;
Regan bits his lip quite often which has turned it dry and chewy. He also cracks his knuckles often and runs his fingers through his hair.

brief history;
Regan was born in London in the small manor that his parents brought together. His parents were both at Hogwarts together and strangely fell in love tispite them both being in the oppiste houses. But they did and moved together into a large house/manor in London and started there family.
But when Regan went to Hogwarts he had to drop out before he finnished his last year. His life turned up side down those last few years. He had found out his mother had killed his father for the order because he was a spy for Death Eaters.
This really put a big impack on Regan and so he joined up with the death eaters to kill his own mother, but he found a better way to kill her. To frame her and place her in Azkaban for the rest of her days.
But his plan back fired on him slightly the order found out he was a death eater, so he was also placed in Azkaban one floor away from his mother. Years went by and Regan was told he only had a few more mouths left, as the evidence against him became more and more weak.
