Look who got off work early 'cause snow is blowing like mad outside and the roads may as well be frozen-over ponds? I would love to guilt Matty into being online tomorrow, by the way, but unlike both of you I'm too nice to guilt people. *smiles virtuously*

Yep, 'cause the roads are all chock full of snow. It's weird; hasn't been this snowy in years. Yay then. But... so what do you do then, just break into his place all the time and hang out there alone? Because that's really weird of you.

Shiny. We had snow here the other day. Twas really weird cos we never do. Yeah, pretty much. Although I am actually working on updating my CV at the moment and doing some basework for that course I'm being sent on, so I'm allowed. And also it's more fun hanging out here because that horrible thugface is always hanging out at home. What does he even do anyway? Just sits around all day doing a neanderthal impression. Doesn't go to school, doesn't work, barely even mastered conversation. So excuse that bit of bitterness there, I'm very sorry and am now over it again. But yes, it's a bit weird, I suppose. So how are you both?

Huh... maybe global warming is over and everyone'll have a proper winter this year... *shrug* There's a chick from Washington at work, and they never get snow there either, just rain. So she's been excited for months, waiting to see snow and expecting it to fall all pretty-like, but then it comes down just blowig like mad in these stinging, blinding white sheets... I think she got a little disillusioned... lol. Anyway... yeah, I guess you are then. And hey, I didn't notice any bitterness. I'm pretty good though; how are you?

And then will come the big freeze... Aw, bless. Poor disillusioned thing. I always seem to miss it when it actually snows. So I'll wake up and there'll be snow and it'll be like...damn, missed it again. Ha. I'm pretty good, except that now I'm a little bit annoyed from that small rant up there, but that'll pass. And I'm really hungry as well.

Like in Day After Tomorrow or something, and the Earth will have to start over from cavemanish times. Lol, she kept maintaining though that she still loves it, 'cause at least we'll have a white Christmas. Hm. Is it really that exciting to watch it snow? I agree with Nina. You should eat something then. And not be annoyed.

Post by Logan Andrews on Nov 7, 2008 16:38:49 GMT
Yeah, Day After Tomorrow. Ah, I read this book and there was going to be a nuclear war but even if that didn't happen then the earth would freeze over within two years so they were sort of owned either way. Haha. Twas a good book. Yay for white christmases. We had snow last wednesday, and then there was this huge powercut so there was also no heating. That wasn't fun at all. Well...I wouldn't really know how exciting it is to watch snow... I think I will eat something, but not right now because I have really bad pins and needles and the last time I tried to get up I fell over. And also my CV just deleted itself so now I'm more annoyed. Rawr!

Ooh... yeah, cheery. I wanna go to work and buy the stuff in my box. (We can't technically shop at work, but since it's a thrift store and supply's kind of limited of specific items, if we find something we like we can put it in a box and buy it later.) Yesterday I found a copy of Queen of the Damned by Ann Rice and I read the first few paragraphs and now I really want it. But anyway... yeah, guess they're pretty. *shrug* Lol... ooh, no. Not so much. So why do you want to then? That sounds less than good... and maybe if you don't get up it'll just get worse and then your foot will fall off. What's CV?
Post by Logan Andrews on Nov 7, 2008 17:06:59 GMT
Yeah...well...it was still good. Ah, I get it. Ohhhh, apparently Ann Rice is very good. Or at least my brother reckons. I dunno why I want to...so I can say 'well that sucked' and get it out of my system? Hmm, but I also can't be assed and also don't want to just steal Hamster's food. Like...you know the things where you write about your qualifications and previous employment and personal qualities and crap...I'm applying for another job.

Hm... yes, I suppose stuff can be depressing but still good. *shrug* Wasn't sure she would be, but it seems good so far. And Lestat reminded me vaguely of Logan... lol. Hm. Nice goal. Ah, he'd probably steal yours. And you're already invading his house. Oooooh... *nods* How many jobs do you have then and what are you applying for?
Post by Logan Andrews on Nov 7, 2008 17:25:43 GMT
Yup. Lol, ah it makes me chuckle when things like that happen. Yes, tis. He probably would, yes. And I am invading his house, so I don't want to be ruder than I am already. I have five jobs at the moment, although most of them just odd little bits once or twice a week. I don't know what I'm applying for yet, just that I need to do something else because I'm not getting paid for half of my shifts at the moment. Damn recession, eh? lol.

Things like what? Hm... that's a bit more civilized than I'd expect of you... just don't go faint from hunger out of politeness or anything. Ah... Yeah, I guess, but why are you not getting paid?
